光敏劑太陽能電池之研究

摘要


社會的發展,人們對石油的需求越來越大。但是石化燃料終會耗竭,並帶來空氣污染。所以發展乾淨 、應用範圍廣、取之不盡、用之不竭的替代能源為當務之急。太陽能電池具備以上優點。1991年M.Gratzel教授發表關於二氧化鈦基染劑太陽電池(Titania based Dye-Sensitized Solar cell, DSSC)開啟了太陽能電池的新紀元。本研究是以溶膠凝膠法(Sol-Gel)與刮刀法製作TiO2厚膜,選用不同的金屬紫質與雷射染劑為光敏劑。其中吸附Zn-TPP和吸附R610 Chloride的太陽能電池有最佳的光電轉換率。

The change of mankind's life with the development of the technology and becomes more convenience and comfortable. It also makes us to need more energy.So It is very important to develop the new energy. The solar energy is the best choice. The Titania based dye sensitized solar cells invented in 1991 by the Swiss Physicist, Michael Grätzel.We prepare the TiO2 film with Sol-Gel and doctor blade. .TPP(tetraphenylporphine) and Laser dye are used as to dye respectively. R610 Chloride cell. and Zn-TPP cell show the best photo-to-electron power conversion efficiency,η.in TPP cells and laser dye cells, respectively.
