複合式區塊側光型LED背光板應用於各型液晶顯示器之研究

摘要


在本論文中,我們提出一些用在液晶顯示器之背光模組中新型的導光板反射器結構。背光模組之光源以發光二極體取代傳統的冷陰極螢光燈管作為發光源。我們採用TracePro光學模擬軟體來做模組的建構與分析。將自行建構之發光二極體發光源,搭配自行設計之導光板反射器,組成新型背光模組。經由導光板反射器各參數之設計與優化,其中也採用RGB三原色發光二極體來做混光分析,得到高亮度、高均勻度、以及混光效果佳之背光模組。 我們再將此背光模組結構作進一步之設計,使導光板在不影響光學特性下,在長度軸與寬度軸擁有無限延伸之能力,而能應用在各型液晶顯示器之背光模組中。

Some novel structures of reflectors of backlight module are presented. We used the LED light source to replace the traditional CCFL light source of backlight module. We used the optical software “TracePro” to build, simulate, and analyze. We built the LED light source and designed the compound reflector to make up the new backlight modules. By way of designing and optimizing the parameters of compound reflector and using the RGB LED light source to analyzing the color mixing of LED. We got the high brightness, high smooth, and great to RGB color mixing of backlight modules. We designed the structure of backlight modules again. Our light guide plate has the “ability to extend” in the length and width axle at the same time (not limited by any panel of size). Those designs applied to all size LCD panels.
