基本量測之電腦輔助教學研究

摘要本研究係針對黎明技術學院機械工程系之專業課程「精密量測實習」提供一個新的教學教材編排，以長度量測-刻度式游標卡尺、專業量測-表面粗糙度、光學量測-雷射干涉儀等三大項實習單元。也提供一個新的教學模式，以動態教學實習影片、靜態實習步驟圖片及文字說明等多媒體方式呈現，作電腦輔助教學研究(含教學軟體評估)。教學程式內容分電腦輔助教學、電子書、交流區等類型。 1.電腦輔助教學依編序教學原理發展出垂直思考法，做出教材的工作單元，精簡明確，再以建構學習理論安排學習課程，並融入能力本位教學方式，用水平思考法，規劃出學習單元。藉由學理篇、教學篇、測驗篇、實務篇等各種不同學習方式，讓學習者經由學理知識到實務技能，不斷的反覆練習，以時間效應來達到精熟學習之目的。 2.電子書教材以純文字檔、圖片等介紹基本量測的量測誤差形成原因、基本術語等。備忘錄以動態實習影片的學習過程，學習者自行操作學習路徑，可以事先預習及事後討論。 3.交流區公告區以量測儀器使用注意事項、重要的補充資料、訊息等。電子信箱提供學習者與老師互相研討、互動的管道。網站討論區提供基本量測電腦輔助教學之資訊交流園地，增進學習者多元化學習歷程。用Front Page編寫軟體程式，由本系同學經此實習課程後，採問卷調查作單元式評估，評估意見來修正教學軟體，以期對學校與工業界基本量測教學有所助益。關鍵字：電腦輔助教學、基本量測

ABSTRACT This research is based on the program of precise measurement practical class of mechanics of Lee-Ming institute of technology. It provides a new teaching materials are divided into three implement units: length、 roughness and optic measurement. It also gives a new teaching model which is based on multi-medias of animations and still pictures as well as descriptions for computer assistant education. Teaching programs include computer assisted instruction、 electronic book and interflow. 1. Computer Assisted Instruction(C.A.I.) C.A.I. is followed by teaching theory to develop vertical thinking and generate the teaching materials simply, then arrange the teaching schedules from constructive learning theory. Merging the position teaching method，using horizontal thinking to produce the learning units. Through the chapters of theory、teaching、testing and implement, let users repeatedly practice from theory to implement to entire learning effectively. 2. Electronic Book The material is based on texts and pictures for introducing the error from basic measurements and essential terminology. Note comprises of implement movie files recoded the learning procedures, it can help users manipulate the practices by themselves and before and after class and preparation and discussion respectively. 3. Interflow Announcement is based on manuals、information and messages of apparatuses. Email provides the connection of users and teachers for communication and discussions. Discussion board affords the information exchanges for basic measurement of computer assistant education and improvement of multi-learning paths. The program is coded by Front Page and modified by student’s after class implement, it is supposed to be helpful for the base measurement in schools and industries.
