本研究係以台北捷運高運量電聯車延誤與電聯車設備故障關係之探討。經由89-94近六年來統計結果顯示,台北捷運高運量301型及321型電聯車設備故障造成行車延誤,以車門及煞車系統組件之故障率偏高。故本研究將以特性要因圖之分析手法,嘗試將車門及煞車系統等相關故障組件,有體系的歸納分類出要因關係,並視結果提出改善對策,俾利降低車門及煞車系統之故障率。由前述過程中可使事實變得清楚,並逐漸聚焦問題,有助於現場人員溝通;同時亦可作為日後維修人員的工法改善、溫故訓練或教育訓練之參考。
This research aims to find out the relationship between delay and facility breakdown of high-loading MRT trains in Taipei. Through the statistical results from year 2000 to 2005, car door and brake system components possessed higher failure rate, causing delay of 301 Type and 321 Type. This research, therefore, will be concluded systematically by cause and effect of car door and relative brake failure module with cause and effect diagrams in order to bring up an improvement strategy to reduce this failure rate. The process will purify the facts, focus on problems gradually, and facilitate communication between staff on duty. This research could also become a reference for technical reform of maintenance staff and personnel education.
