次之;(三)抗氧化能力方面,六種植物的甲醇萃取物DPPH(系統濃度為10 mg /g D.W.)
The contents of rosmarinic acid of methanol extracts from six Labiatae (Pogostemon cablin, Perilla frutescens var. acuta, Mesona chinesis Benth, Lavandula spica. L , Rosmarinus officinalis L. and Salvia officinalis L.) were analyzed by HPLC. The antioxidation abilities of extracts were analyzed by five methods (total flavonoid, DPPH radical scavenging activity, iron-chelating activity, superoxide anion activity and hydroxyl radical activity). The contents of rosmarinic acid in six Labiatae from high to low was Mesona chinesis Benth ( 33.89±2.18 mg/g D.W.)> Pogostemon cablin ( 33.18±1.82 mg/g D.W.) > Perilla frutescens var. acuta (32.91±0.25 mg/g D.W.) > Salvia officinalis L. (22.71±0.04 mg /g D.W.>Lavandula spica. L. (1.71±1.14 mg/g D.W.)>Rosmarinus officinalis L. (1.40±1.75 mg/g D.W.). The methanol extracts of Perilla frutescens var. acuta(1.52±0.25 g/g D.W.) and Mesona chinesis Benth(1.99±0.53 g/g D.W.) had higher amount of total flavonoid than others. In DPPH radical scavenging activity, the methanol extracts of Perilla frutescens var. acuta and Mesona chinesis Benth were all above 90% at 10 mg/ml D.W., In ferrous ion chelating effect, the methanol extracts of Mesona chinesis Benth was above 80%. In superoxide anion chelating ability, the water extracts of Pogostemon cablin, Perilla frutescens var. acuta, Mesona chinesis Benth and Saivia officinalis L were above 50% at the concentration of 250 μg D.W. . In hydroxyl radical activities, the water extracts of Perilla frutescens var. acuta, Mesona chinesis Benth and Saivia officinalis L at low dose ( 7 μg D.W.) were approached to 50%.
