評估不同培養方式之巴西鳶尾(Neomarica gracilis)組織萃取液之抗氧化能力,多年生之田間巴西鳶尾的根莖組織甲醇萃取液擁有最高的總酚含量(100.51 eq. gallic acid mg/g DW)、最高的DPPH自由基清除率(94.8%),田間巴西鳶尾的根莖組織乙醇萃取液有最高的總黃酮含量(7.97 eq. rutin mg/g DW),亞鐵離子螯合能力以三角錐形瓶培養之葉片組織甲醇萃取液(10 mg/ml)最高(91.9%),而癒合組織甲醇萃取液(10 mg/ml)則有最高的超氧陰離子清除能力(IC50為213.91μg)。綜合五種抗氧化力評估方式及組織生長速率,短期內可快速增殖的癒合組織,非常具有潛力作為提供大量高抗氧化成分的材料來源。
The antioxidant activities of extract of Neomarica gracilis tissues from different types of culture were studied. The highest content of total phenolics (100.51 eq. gallic acid mg/g DW) and best DPPH radical scavenging activity (94.8%) were obtained from the methanolic extract in rhizome from wild plant. The ethanolic extract in wild rhizome has the highest total flavanoids content(7.97 eq. rutin mg/g DW). In ferrous ion chelating effect, the methanolic extract of leaf tissue from flask culture was above 91.9 %. The methanolic extract of callus (10 mg/ml) has the best superoxide scavenging activity (IC50 : 213.91 μg). According to the analysis with five methods, (total phenolics, total flavanoids, DPPH scavenging activity, ion-chelating activity and superoxide scavenging activity) the fast proliferated callus possess great potential for providing mass antioxidant.
