「工欲善其事,必先利其器」,因應知識經濟的快速發展,人力資源成為企業價值的重要指標之一,因此對現今的企業而言,內部人才培訓已逐漸成為相當重要的一項課題,若能有效的提升員工的能力,便代表著企業整體競爭力的提升。而隨著資訊及網路科技的快速發展,對於教育訓練的實施方式也產生了一定的影響,網路化訓練(Web-based Training, WBT)即是以電腦為溝通平台,藉由網路跨越時空的資訊傳遞來進行遠距離教學的一種創新教學方式。 在台灣,雖然數位學習的實施仍在萌芽期,企業內部的網路化訓練也仍在發展中,尚未能完全的普及,但許多的研究均指出,網路化訓練突破傳統教學在時間與空間上的限制,帶來有效率、彈性化且低成本的學習方式,其能為企業帶來的優勢是不容忽視且能夠被期待的。 本研究即以網路化訓練為主題,深入探討相關文獻理論,藉由深度訪談、問卷設計、信度與效度分析、結構方程模式之驗證性因素分析,結合KT式理性思考方法與TOPSIS優勢排序法,發展一套企業實施網路化訓練之評估模式,並以一家國內知名的企業為例進行實證研究。實証結果證明此模式確實可行,同時亦協助個案企業完成評估,作為其決策之參考。
In face the fast of development of the knowledge economy, human resources become the one of indices of the value of enterprises. The interior training has also become a very important objective in the current enterprises. If it can improve the ability of employees, the overall competitiveness of the enterprise will also be enhanced. Along with the rapid expansion of information and network technology, the approaches of corporate training and education have been influenced. Web-based training(WBT)is an innovation teaching method over a remote platform used computer and internet. In Taiwan, the implementation of E-Learning is still at its infant stage, and WBT in the interior of enterprises is not develop completely yet. But a lot of researches point out, WBT can break the restriction on time and space for traditional teaching way, and it also brings us a efficient、flexible and low cost learning approach. The superiority brought by WBT can’t be ignored and can be expected. The theme of this research is web-based training. We used interviews、questionnaire design、reliability and validity analysis、confirmatory factor analysis(CFA) in structural equation modeling(SEM), and we integrated the KT’s rational management processes and TOPSIS with our research to develop an evaluation model for implementing WBT in enterprise. Then we proceeded to carry out a case study of T Company which is a large scale electronics company in Taiwan. Finally, we proved this model was feasible and also proposed some conclusion and suggestions to T Company.
