因應3C電子產品在生活中所佔比例日益增加,如何讓視障者能主動的接觸訊息,及妥善運用其他的知覺完成動作則是相當重要的課題。本研究主要以視障使用者為中心,將觸聽覺回饋(點字、觸覺圖像、語音),搭配不同的介面模式(不同功能鍵數與階層選單),獲得在不同的階層介面下,能提供視障者一個清楚且易操作的介面模式。以ANOVA分析所獲得之研究結果顯示,在一階介面的情況下,全盲者心智所能負荷之介面以及最佳之介面參數則皆為為點字輔助之介面;而在二階與三階介面的情況下,全盲者心智所能負荷之介面為語音輔助之介面, 而最佳之介面參數組合則皆為點字與語音輔助的搭配之介面。在實際應用現有產品方面,本研究發現介面的整體面積、按鍵尺寸大小以及按鍵間之間距等,都是必須探討的因素,因此尚必須考量點字與觸覺圖像其本身的尺寸規格限制,以及手指末梢的觸覺閾值。在按鍵間距、按鍵尺寸、以及介面大小的範圍夠大時,一階介面的最佳介面參數為點字輔助,隨著範圍的縮小,其次為觸覺圖像、語音輔助;而二階與三階介面則為點字與語音輔助、觸覺圖像與語音輔助、語音輔助。本研究最終亦對各階層介面提供以上幾組參數組合以供後續研究參考。
The percentage of using 3C product has become higher and higher in our daily lives. How to make the visually impaired people take the initiative in receiving more information and make use of other perceptions to accomplish one job is a quite important issue. The main role of this research is the visually impaired people, let the tactile and listening sense—the Braille, tactile picture, and speech signal with different user interface to gain the standard of user interface, which is simple and easy to operate, in the different user interface for the visually impaired people. By the ANOVA analysis, the research indicates that the Braille is the metal workload of the blind people and the best assistance in the one level of hierarchical menu;however, in the circumstance of the two and three levels of hierarchical menu, the workload of the blind people is the user interface with speech signal parameter, and the user interface with the Braille and speech signal parameters together is the optimal parameter. When it comes to the real world, we also found that the total area of user interface, the size of the buttons and the distance between buttons are all important factors which have to be discussed;therefore, the size of the Braille, tactile picture parameters, and the threshold on the top of finger are supposed to be taken into consideration carefully. If the distance between buttons, the size of button and the area of user interface are big enough, the optimal parameter in one level of hierarchical menu is the Braille, but as the diminished total area, the followings are the tactile picture and speech signal parameters; however, in the two and three levels of hierarchical menu are the Braille and speech signal together, the tactile picture and speech signal together, and the speech signal parameters. Finally, this research also provides some data above which can be referred to in the future as well.
