使用二項式近似法設計視訊格式轉換器

摘要


現今的數位顯示技術中,內插演算法是對影像縮放而言,非常重要的技術。然而傳統的內插演算法擁有非常嚴重的缺點,包括邊緣的格狀效應以及影像的模糊狀態等等。因此以往為了改善這些缺點而設計出使用邊緣偵測的方式來分別處理不同類型的內插值,然而邊緣偵測是個高複雜度且高成本的設計架構。因此為了要降低設計架構以及提高影像品質。本研究旨提出了一種非適應性的內插法來做影像縮放的處理。研究結果顯示本研究所提出的方法在影像的相似度與邊緣清晰度上都優於傳統演算法,至於硬體實現的複雜度也相較簡單。

With the increasing use of digital monitor technique, requirements for image interpolation have become more critical. However, the traditional algorithms have several serious disadvantages. First of all, the blocking effect and poor quality exist throughout the results. Therefore, edge detect method has been widely used for the image scaling up techniques but is notorious for its high complexity and high cost. In the paper, we present a non-adaptive interpolation for improves the high complex and poor quality. The findings suggest that the propose method can reduce complex and that have high quality.
