摘要

本篇論文主要為針對國內第一類行動電話電信業者建置加值型網路服務時所面臨的各項問題進行分析，並以國內某家一類行對電話業者 - A公司，導入預付卡服務系統之實際案例作為研究探討對象。探討其導入該項加值型網路的整個建置過程所應評估的各項問題點，及從後續系統運行的實際狀況與話務流量分析，評估導入該項系統的成效。在本篇論文中除詳細比較各種網路類型之優劣外，也特別針對該項預付卡服務在各個加值服務應用領域上包含語音、簡訊、多媒體簡訊、數據傳輸及事件扣款服務(Voice、Short Message、Multimedia Message、Data Translation and Event Charge Service)的實際商業運轉狀況進行網路效能與系統容量分析研究。

This research is to investigate the criteria of establishing a new set of value added services in prepaid system for the mobile operator. This study collected the subscribers’ history records and analyzed them. We try to set up a behavior model for the prepaid users in using various value added services. This thesis also describes various network architectures and the advantages and drawbacks of different solutions in detail. We then investigated the important aspects to be considered in evaluating such systems’ performance, load efficiency, and capacity.
