車用衛星導航系統之視覺資訊內容接受度 及績效研究

摘要


本研究主要以車用導航系統產品的視覺資訊導航功能之播放資訊研究與探討,期待 提升駕駛正確率並能減少駕駛人心智負荷。透過調查2007年台灣市面上銷售之GPS 產品及使用者需求進行調查以進行研究。本研究設定變數:四種介面搭配(完整與 聲音版、資訊完整版、地圖跳圖版、方向倒數版)搭配內容以(方向倒數指示、路 名顯示、路口擬真、2D3D地圖參考路段等四項為主),時速(20km/hr、50 km/hr 、 70 km/hr)。及七種路況之轉彎點提示(平面道路路口放大、平面道路路口擬真、平 面道路不顯示、高架快速道路路口放大、高架快速道路路口擬真、高架快速道路高 架路口擬真、高架快速道路不顯示),配合本研究室已開發完成之駕駛模擬器進行 模擬駕駛,以心智負荷及駕駛績效之駕駛錯誤率最為主要評估數據。利用MNOVA 及聯合法分析結果顯示:完整與聲音版(導航資訊最齊全版本)於各時速及七種路 況之轉彎點提示有較好的績效。排除完整聲音版提示第二階段之結論為,時速20、 時速50在七種路況之轉彎點提示下較適合為方向倒數版;時速70為完整版。主觀喜 好度依序為、完整聲音、完整、方向倒數、地圖與提醒。

This study explores information broadcasting of the GPS visual navigation function in hopes of elevating driving accuracy and reducing the mental load of drivers. An investigation was conducted on GPS products in Taiwan’s market in 2007 and user requirements for the study. Variables of this study include: Four interfaces (complete version with sound, complete version, map reminder version, direction countdown version), functions (direction countdown, road name display, road simulation, reference roads on 2D3D maps, vehicle speeds (20km/hr, 50 km/hr, 70 km/hr), and turning point indications for seven road conditions (road intersection enlargement, road intersection simulation, road not displayed, elevated expressway intersection enlargement, elevated expressway intersection simulation, elevated expressway interchange enlargement, elevated expressway road not displayed). The driving simulator developed by this research laboratory was used for simulation, and mental load and driving erformance were the main items of evaluation. Results of MNOVA and conjoint analysis indicate that the complete version with sound (provides the most complete navigation information) provided relatively better performance in different speeds and turning point indications. The conclusion of the second phase analysis on data, which excludes the complete version with sound, is that the direction countdown version is more suitable for giving turning point directions at the speeds 20 and 50 km/hr; the complete version is more suitable for the speed 70 km/hr. The versions arranged according to preferences are in the order complete version with sound, complete version, direction countdown version, and map reminder version.
