隨著時空轉變;時至今日,經濟與科技的高度發展,已與以往的企業環境不可等同而語;面對現今企業環境所面臨的競爭空前白熱化。廠商不能再以傳統的大量生產製造模式,去迎合今日需求多變的顧客們。廠商們開始積極地改善並研究生產的作業方式,運用供應鏈管理(Supply Chain Management)來整合最原始的供應商到最終使用者之間,所有對產品的生產與配銷之一切相關的活動流程。再利用及時採購(JIT purchasing)精確地將採購、製造與配送等活動緊密配合,並以敏捷製造來做為基礎,結合優勢的整合策略,進而提供差異化的顧客服務,為產品注入新的價值,並能同時兼具成本的優勢。 研究對象是針對2007年商業週刊公佈的台灣製造業排名1000大,進行普查,利用郵寄問卷調查方式蒐集資料。實證資料採用結構方程模式分析供應鏈管理與JIT採購對敏捷製造程度、顧客價值與競爭優勢的影響。 本研究發現JIT採購對敏捷製造程度有顯著影響,此即表示建立一個良好的及時採購方式,可提供企業在敏捷製造程度上更具競爭優勢;敏捷製造程度對顧客價值及競爭優勢有正向顯著的影響,因此,透過敏捷製造程度的提昇,對於創造顧客價值及競爭優勢更具有加乘效果,使企業於嚴峻環境下仍處於不敗之地。
With the times changing, the current high degree of economic and technological development cannot be compared with the corporate environment of the past. Manufacturers can no longer use traditional mass production models to meet the changing needs of the customers. In such a harsh competitive environment, the various manufacturers have started to actively change and research production/operations methods. They provide differentiated services to the customers allowing products to have added value as well as cost advantages. The research subjects is the top 1,000 Taiwanese manufacturers announced by the Business Weekly Magazine in 2007 through a mailing survey. Empirical data is analyzed by using structural equation modeling with AMOS 5.0 to explore the impacts of supply chain management, JIT purchasing on the degree of agile manufacturing, value to customer, and competitive advantage. The results supported the hypotheses that the JIT purchasing has positive impact on the degree of agile manufacturing and agile manufacturing has a positive impact on customer value and competitive advantage. In case of supply chain management, its impact on agile manufacturing is not significant.
