國內外大企業網站品質之比較

COMPARISON OF THE WEBSITE QUALITY BETWEEN DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN LARGE ENTERPRISES

摘要


由於網路技術的進步以及網路使用人口的增加,電子商務的市場具有很大的發展空間。企業紛紛建置自己的網站來為公司做宣傳,並與供應商及顧客做資訊的交流和線上的交易。本研究旨在比較國內外大企業網站的品質,以及比較國內外三大產業的網站品質。從資料分析的結果以及建議可供企業網站架設相關人員作為參考,在未來能建置品質更好的企業網站。 本研究從國內外三大產業中挑選出一共一百二十家大企業來做為樣本,請20位學生採用Xi等人(2007)所提出的網站品質評估的架構來評估這些網站。使用變異數分析來檢定國家間以及產業之間的網站品質是否有顯著差異。 研究結果發現不同的產業會影響網站的品質,而且在三大產業中,以金融業的平均得分最高,顯示金融業的企業網站對於網站品質的設計及管理在這評估架構下優於其他兩個產業。研究也發現國內大企業網站有「資訊一致」、「容易使用」及「回應速度快」等特色。本研究在比較國內及國外的企業網站之後,發現國外企業網站在「內容更新次數」、「互動性」、「協助決策工具」和「客製化」這四個準則上優於國內企業網站,而「回應速度」卻因技術上的限制低於國內企業網站。 從研究結果的發現可以讓電子商務的研究者及經理人了解國內標竿企業網路技術發展的當前狀態。本研究所使用之評估架構可有效地評估國內的企業網站,並期待後續研究者能發展出一套適合評估多國企業網站的架構。

Because of the population of network users increasing continuously and the progressing of technology of the technical staffs, the e-commerce still has a very large development space. A growing number of companies have established websites to publicize their firms, serve their customers, assist information exchanges with their customers and suppliers, and increase sales with online channels. This study attempts to discuss the difference of websites among three industries in Taiwan, and then compares the websites with foreign large enterprise websites. The result from this study will offer managers and researcher to build and manage the website better in the future. This study selects 120 domestic and foreign large enterprise websites as the sample, and trains 20 students to examine these websites’ quality by using the assessment criteria presented by Xi et al. (2007). We use the analysis of variance to examine the difference among three industries and between countries. This study finds different industries would affect the website quality. The average score of the financial industry websites is the highest in the three industries and the manufacturing and service industries ranked the second and the third. It has found domestic large enterprise websites are fast and ease to use and have consistent style. After comparing the website quality between domestic and foreign enterprises, this study found foreign enterprise websites are better than domestic’s in criterion as ‘frequency of content update’, ‘interactivity’, ‘tools to aid user decisions’, and ‘customization’, and poor in ‘response speed’ because of the limit of technology. The study’s results will let the e-commercial managers and researchers learn the present situation of the quality of large enterprise websites. The study hopes the subsequence researches will develop more complete website assessment criteria in the future.
