摘要 衝突意象運用於產品設計中可增添產品使用的創意性以及使用者對產品的喜好。本研究目的在於探討設計師如何將不同類型的衝突意象運用在產品的使用上。首先,透過實際衝突案例的收集與彙整,歸納分析衝突感受之類型,接著,透過小組討論方式與現有產品分析歸納各群集衝突之屬性與相關設計要素,最後將要素轉化為設計手法,進行樣之設計及其衝突意象之測試驗證。 衝突類型可區分為四大類,各類型之設計手法歸納如下: (1) 「相對矛盾的衝突」類型 :「以材質觸感與視覺差異的方式製造衝突感受」、「以外觀與使用族群不符的方式造成衝突感受」、「以用途與使用目的不同的方式製造衝突感受」。 (2) 「兩難抉擇的衝突」類型 :「以五味雜陳的多重味覺複合感受製造衝突感受」、「以冷熱相容與乾濕平衡的複合方式製造衝突感受」、「以酸甜之間不同口味的複合方式製造衝突感受」。 (3) 「出乎意料的衝突」類型 :「以出奇不意的回饋製造衝突感受」。 (4) 「相互抗衡的衝突」類型 :「相同元素相互撞擊製造衝突感受」。 產品使用之衝突意象之構成要因為「不合常理的-合乎常理的」、「具話題性的-不具話題性的」、「感受刺激的-感受平靜的」。設計樣本與「創意度」、「喜歡使用」二項綜合評價,最高者均為「相對矛盾的衝突」類型,意即若在產品設計中導入相對矛盾的衝突類型設計手法,可讓使用者認為產品具有創意性,並讓使用者喜歡使用產品。
Abstract When applying a conflict image in a product design, the product may be more creative and favored. This study intends to discuss how designers apply different conflict images at the use of product. First, the cases of conflict were collected and compiled, in order to induce the types of conflict feel. In addition, through group discussions and analysis to existing products, attributes and related design elements were induced. Finally, these elements were converted to design methods, and hence the samples were designed, and the examination was executed. Conflicts were categorized into four groups, and the design method of each type is induced as the following: (1) The contradictory conflicts: generate conflicts with the differences between the tactile texture of the material and its appearance; generate conflicts with the inconsistence between the appearance and the user group; generate conflicts with the differences between the usage and the purpose. (2) The dilemma conflicts: generate conflicts with multiple olfaction compounds; generate conflicts with the combination of hot and cold, wet and dry; generate conflicts with the combination of different flavors. (3) The unexpected conflicts: generate conflicts with an unexpected feedback. (4) The rivalry conflicts: generate conflicts with an unexpected feedback. The structural elements of conflict images when using product are: “unreasonable/reasonable,” “topical/untopical,” and “exciting/calm.” These samples were appraised for “creativity” and “preference.” The contradictory conflicts are graded highest in both appraisals. That means if a contradictory conflict is introduced into the product design, the users will think the product creative and prefer to use it.
