近年來隨著樂活及休閒遊憩的盛行,自行車活動得以蓬勃發展,國內參與自行 車休閒運動的人口越來越多,隨之而來的是許多自行車相關的產品設計;目前市面 上針對自行車旅遊導航專用的產品並不多,許多廠商雖已注意到此類產品的發展性, 但多是將車載導航移植到自行車上而忽略了自行車騎士的需求。自行車旅遊導航裝 置的設計必須針對自行車族群使用需求做考量,以發展出獨立的導航裝置特色。 本研究之目的在探討自行車旅遊導航裝置之設計,進而了解自行車族群對於自 行車旅遊導航裝置之需求,並提出自行車旅遊導航裝置的設計原則。本研究內容由 兩大部分構成,第一部分為自行車旅遊導航相關文獻探討及相關產品現況調查等資 料蒐集,以及兩階段先期實驗所得之初步設計方向與規格範圍。第二部份依據先前 所蒐集資料與先期實驗分析結果設計一台自行車旅遊導航裝置原型,將此原型與現 有自行車導航產品進行功能及任務操作差異評比,以問卷及訪談形式獲取受測者意 見及建議,並以t 檢定及敘述性統計分析歸納實驗結果,提出自行車旅遊導航裝置 設計原則。 本研究結果如下:(1)自行車旅遊導航裝置的適當尺寸範圍為:長:109~115mm、 寬:51~61mm、厚:11~23mm。(2)自行車旅遊導航裝置的螢幕大小應為3.3 吋 (51x72mm)以上,若小於此則在地圖導航顯示及操作上較不便。(3)自行車旅遊導航 裝置在外觀上應設有實體按鍵,按鍵功能以常用基本功能為主,如開始/暫停鍵 (START/STOP)、地圖切換鍵(MODE)以及自訂功能鍵。(4)自行車旅遊導航裝置的功 能特點應包含:平面2D 地圖導航、地圖放大/縮小、觸控螢幕、防水、螢幕可以旋 轉(直式/橫式)觀看、結合掛勾(或其它可勾扣設計)作攜帶。
In recent years with LOHAS(Lifestyles Of Health And Sustainability) and recreation are being popularity, cycling activity is flourishing, domestic people participation in cycling recreation are getting more and more, and this phenomenon has resulted in a number of bicycle-related product. There are not many products for bicycle tourism navigation currently on the market, although many companies noted the development of such products, they just immigrated the car-navigation to bikes but ignored the needs of cyclists. The design of bicycle tourism navigation device has to consider the needs of cyclists and develops a stand-alone navigation device characteristics. The objective of this study is to investigate the design of bicycle tourism navigation devices, and understand further about the needs of cyclists for bicycle tourism navigation devices, and propose the design principles of the bicycle tourism navigation device. This study consisted of two major parts. The first part was the literature reviews of bicycle tourism navigation device and surveies of related products, and the preliminary design directions and specification range got from advanced experiments. In the second part, the auther designed a bicycle tourism navigation device prototype based on the previous informations and analysis, and then used it to compare functions and operations with a existing bicycle navigation product by questionnaire survey. Further more, the author used t-test and descriptive statistics to generalize experimental results and proposed the design principles of the bicycle tourism navigation device. The experimental results are listed as below: (1) The appropriate dimension scope for bicycle tourism navigation device is: length:109~115mm, width:51~61mm, depth:11~23mm. (2) The screen size of bicycle tourism navigation device should be more than 3.3 inches (51x72mm), if it is smaller than this size will make it unclear to show maps and awkward to handle. (3) The bicycle tourism navigation device should establish physical buttons on the appearance, and the functions of the buttons mainly based on basic functions such as START/STOP button, MODE button and Self-function button. (4) The distinguishing functions and features of bicycle tourism navigation device are: 2D map navigation, maps magnify/minify, touch screen, waterproof, screen can show in vertical/ horizontal type, combine with a hook to make it better to carry.
