本研究之目的係利用TRIZ理論輔助通用設計解決設計問題,主要採專利文獻資料分析法,依通用設計原則條理確立設計問題,導入TRIZ理論,嘗試以矛盾矩陣導出的發明原則,解決通用設計範疇問題可行性。從歷年得獎台灣通用設計50選部分作品中,發現除了通用設計原則評價達成度效標入選,其中亦包含許多創意發明的設計方法元素,在設計作品時不斷發現問題解決問題,有時發現的問題面臨取捨的矛盾。 因此本文從通用設計原則問題確立,是以專利文獻資料分析法,統計分析設計問題,選取文獻中比重較高的解決方法做為工程參數參考,找出欲改善解決工程參數及避免惡化的工程參數,導入矛盾矩陣,得出適用於通用設計之創新設計發明原則,且以PPP改良式量表驗證評價,過程期許能以矛盾矩陣工具依循創新原則有另一新的設計方法選項,系統化運用TRIZ方法解決設計問題,增加創新設計價值,文化創意知識理想目標。選台灣通用設計50選之「蛋糕刀」專利文獻為例,並行文獻文本分析專利公報,結果以TRIZ結合通用設計問題的處理方式是可行及適用。
The purpose of this study is to establish an embryonic frame of the stable design contradictory matrix by combining with the stable design principle and the TRIZ contradictory matrix through the discussion of the TRIZ in the stable design. With the project parameter of stable design principle and the contradictory matrix, the study will provide an invention principle of innovative design for the stable design. It will be benefit to the design of product with the innovation principle corresponding to the contradictory matrix. Furthermore,it will solve the problem of design with systematical application of the TRIZ to promote the value of innovation design and to bring unprecedented concept or idea. Hope to achieve the ideal target of stable design with combining the solution of innovation principle and the principle of stable design. The article chooses the Taiwan stable design 50 of the cake knife as an example, and quote the patent gazette literature to confirm the feasibility and the applicability of TRIZ in the stable design.
