In recent years, The CEPD and Small and Medium Enterprise Administration of MOEA in Taiwan put forward the “Creative Taiwan-Cultural and Creative Industries Development Programme” and the “OTOP”(One Town One Product ) so as to popularize the cultural and creative industries there, developing commodity economy combined with arts and humanities and further promoting the culture industry. Thus, cultural and creative industry is deemed to be the trend for the development of the design field. As the leading cultural city in Taiwan, Taipei City has rich and multiplex culture, which is reflected in foods, fashion, lifestyles, etc., and rich in the milk of Taiwanese traditional kindness. This study aims at searching for Taiwanese culture elements to probe into the essential spirit hidden behind the culture & creative design. However, the vast amount of cultural elements there let analysis become too complicated. So the survey found that among those cultural elements, architecture is easily approved for the public. By these lights, this study integrates the cultural in improper method and turns into the question for how to transform cultural elements there resulting in better outcomes for product design to create products with Taiwanese culture characteristic. Through the field research, this study gathers more than one hundred cultural elements there, by the way of questionnaire surveys, and chooses the most characteristic elements to apply to actual situations. Furthermore, carrying on specialist in the practice calls on to chat with asks that the paper is looked into apply design specifications formulated on these grounds to actual situations. In the new design, we use living goods as our product style, namely the Chinese tea set and table ware, and combine cultural elements selected from questionnaire surveys with design specifications formulated in interviews, translating cultural elements there through abstract notions resulting in better outcomes for product design. This study focuses on 3D Models and demonstrates the design of Taiwanese culture elements. This study takes the categorized design specifications of cultural elements as associated topics for future references.
