3D互動介面運用於產品介紹之研究

摘要


產品行銷方式越趨多元,像電視廣告、網路及平面廣告皆是可以讓使用者進一步了解產品的途徑。本研究主要目的為尋找何種產品介紹方式可以讓使用者更快速地提高操作實品的熟悉度,進而刺激消費。利用3D操作介面可以幫助使用者了解產品,在文獻探討以及前測結果發現使用者利用3D操作介面對於產品的熟悉度優於其他種類的介紹方式,因此3D操作介面的確有助於產品銷售,且3D操作介面需要具備輔助點選提示功能以及變換視角功能。在3D操作介面之參考原則和3D操作介面的配置上,可分為兩項方式,分別為左邊操作3D模型的點選輔助功能、右邊可移動視角的點選功能。結果顯示,操作介面應用於產品官方網站中必須吸引使用者目光之介面、3D操作介面除了3D的模型操作外須搭配六面視角圖或各主要物件視圖的點選輔助功能並且須注重模型外觀精緻度。 實驗結果發現,設計3D操作介面,在外觀的瀏覽上必須加入快速變換視角的功能、模型各個需要說明物件加入提示效果、物件的清晰度、模型視角的轉換加入產品六視角的點選,最佳的介面配置為點選物件時讓其他物件呈現透明感,並且要有產品六視圖的點選讓產品快速旋轉到各視角。

The way of product marketing is becoming more diversified, like commercials, internet, and advertisements allow users to know the products more clearly .The purpose of this study is to find what kind of products introduction may improve familiarity of operating products quickly and also increase the desire to buy it. Using 3D interface can help users understand how to use the product. In literature discussion and Pre-test of this study found that the familiarity of using 3D interface to introduce products is much better than other types, and it must combine with Click menu and Move camera menu. In Design principles and layout configuration of 3D interface, it also can divide into two functions, like clicking 3D model on the left side and moving camera function on the right side. The results show that 3D interface must be used in the official website to attract consumer’s attention. And the layout of 3D interface in addition to combine with 3D model, it has to contain 6-dimentional diagrams or users can click on the main objects to view auxiliary functions and the appearance of product model must be exquisite. The result of experiment showed that 3D interface design should add the function which can promptly change viewpoint, each part of objects need to display visibly and to consider the clarity, as well as the viewpoint of model should associate with clicking on 6-dimentional diagrams. As we know, the best display of 3D interface must contain two functions, like each object become transparency by clicking on and there are 6-dimentional diagrams for changing product to each viewpoint.
