摘要
隨著時代的演進，行動資訊快速發展，行動上網成為趨勢，網路行動化越來越值得被重視。但由於行動裝置受限於螢幕大小的限制，因此許多網頁在開發製做時，除了電腦版的網頁，也會做出一個對應手機或行動裝置的網頁，但有鑒於手機版網頁的應用在溝通與連結上並沒有具體明確的研究準則，導致眾多的設計在介面的使用性上問題繁多，因此本研究期望能從文獻的整理歸納與使用者現況調查，找出一些增進使用者操作效率的設計準則，供設計師在設計相關網頁時之參考。 本研究方法為：1.廣泛蒐集行動版網頁進行現況調查，並從中分析出網頁構成的八大類要素，再針對影響不同要素使用性的設計因子對使用者喜好度、滿意度做出統計調查。2.根據前項統計資料並參照行動上網使用者的想法，針對選單、列表、連結三大要素作喜好度探討，去規劃出七種實驗用模擬頁面；實驗後分析各種頁面對使用者主客觀滿意度的影響，來驗證所建立的行動網頁介面設計準則之重要性及排序。結果顯示：1.主選單項目，以「九宮格式的圖像化選單」最為受測者所滿意。2.列表與卷軸，以「左側為圖片，右側為說明文字」的垂直式列表，整體操作為「垂直滑動」的方式主觀滿意度最高。3.按鈕與連結，則以「圖示結合文字為主的區塊型按鈕」滿意度最高。 關鍵字:行動網頁；介面設計；使用性

With the evolution of mobile information the rapid development of mobile Internet become a trend, the Internet action more and more worthy of being taken seriously. More users are accessing the web from more places on more devices than ever before. But, mobile device is limited by restrictions on the size of the screen, so designers and site owners, must address a mobile strategy. In addition to the computer version of the website will make a corresponding version of the phone or mobile device. Seeing that the mobile webs design have not the concrete and clear guidelines to consult, it results in users’ inconvenience because of many usability problems of interface design. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to establish a clarity and ease of use for the demands of mobile web interface guidelines for designers design web reference. The method of this study:1.Extensive collection of mobile website the status of investigations, and to analyze a page consisting of eight categories of elements, and then for the design factors that affect the use of the different elements of user preferences, satisfaction make the survey.2 According to the previous statistics with reference to the idea of mobile Internet users preferences explore the three elements for menus, lists, buttons, to plan out seven experiments with analog page; experimental analysis of a variety of page after the user objective and subjective satisfaction degrees, established to validate the importance of mobile web interface design guidelines and sorted.
