女性彩妝教學網頁介面設計之研究-以基礎彩妝為例

摘要


台灣彩妝市場商機廣大,彩妝品牌種類繁雜,乃增加使用者選購上的困擾;且彩妝方式易隨著時尚流行日愈更新,使愛美的女性想確切掌握彩妝的脈動有一定程度的困難。此外隨著網際網路的發達,造成大部分的女性選擇以網路瀏覽美妝網站獲取相關資訊。有鑒於此,本研究以最常造訪美妝網站、有上網經驗的女性(15-35歲)為研究對象,設計符合使用者需求的彩妝教學網路平台介面,以改善現有彩妝教學介面、提升學習彩妝的上手度與效率為目標。 首先以文獻探討定義彩妝教學內容、分析現有彩妝教學呈現方式之優缺點與電腦操作、使用介面相關規範。其次以問卷的型式調查目標族群在彩妝教學學習上的使用經驗,以LSD事後多重比較篩選出受測者認為重要的彩妝教學資訊:教學步驟、彩妝完成展示圖、彩妝方向與位置引導、彩妝品圖文、彩妝過程簡介等五項,做為原型介面所需呈現的資訊內容。歸納問卷調查與文獻資料之結果,設計出6款彩妝教學原型系統做前期評測,以30位女性進行喜好度與優缺點調查,實驗結果顯示使用者較偏好原型介面(一)直觀、由左到右的網頁瀏覽模式。最後以原型介面(一)為原型,參考受測者使用意見,設計出最終介面。 在最終介面評測上將受測者分為兩群,分別為使用過原型介面與沒有使用過原型介面的女性各15位,比較不同族群在操作不同任務時所花費的時間、喜好度與整體介面滿意度評量。實驗結果顯示,無論使用者選擇何種操作路徑,兩族群對操作不同路徑的喜好度持肯定態度、彼此間無明顯的差異;整體介面績效於系統使用性尺度量表(SUS)中顯示為優良(excellent)的系統。由整體滿意度調查結果可得知,使用者認為最終原型介面操作簡單、易於學習了解、設計風格統一、教學步驟清楚明瞭、具有邏輯性、圖示與選單配置適當、圖文辨識度高,並且認為使用此介面可以很容易找到想要的教學內容;此外教學步驟圖片可直接連結到細部教學影片、教學影片的串聯與彩妝項目選單之設置,皆得到使用者肯定的意見。

The cosmetics business opportunities and brand varieties are very vast, that increase the chosen difficulties to end users. Makeup methods are changing quickly, which also makes it difficult to women who want to catch up the trend and fashion. Along with the development of the Internet results in most of the women surfing in beauty website to obtain the updated information. Therefore this study analyzes the experiences of high-density visiting rate beauty website’s female users (15 to 35 years) to design online makeup instruction interface platform, to meet their needs and improve their operating convenience. Firstly, to refer to related literature to delimit basic cosmetics definition, analyze the strengths, weaknesses and Human-Computer Interaction criteria of present interface design. Secondly, to make a user requirements survey by questionnaires, understand the use experience of focus group and LSD screening of the instruction: instruction steps, complete Make-Up picture, makeup direction and position guide, the picture and document of the cosmetics, instruction brief were significant information, Based on above information, created 6 prototype interfaces and conducting preliminary experiments. The analysis is based on 30 female candidates , through the result of the experiments shows that subject preference perceptual intuition, Left-to-right reading web mode and reference subjects’ advice to amend. Lastly, to create the ultimate interface. The ultimate interface experiment uses cluster analysis to divide the subjects into two major groups: each 15 women who have used and have not used prototype interface. To compare how long they spend in different tasks, preferences in different tasks, moreover the satisfaction in entire design of interface survey. The result of the experiment is shown that there is no difference between the two groups’ preferences, both of them have positive attitude to use a different path. The entire interface by System Usability Scale (SUS) tests was excellent. The result shows that the satisfaction of entire interface is simple to operate, easy to learn, with consistent design style and clear instruction steps; possession of logical, icon and menu opportune configuration, high degree of pictures and documents’ recognition. Besides, the new interface is thought easier to find the instruction contents, instructional pictures can directly link to the videos, connect to instruct videos and Makeup menu items, which get positive feedbacks.
