正如同企業經營領導的重要性,軍事領導階層是可以確定一個國家整體績效與發展運勢所依賴的重要元素。明智的軍事領導階層應該建立獨特的核心競爭優勢以因應未來不確的因素,並獲得在戰場上的勝利。許多關於領導特性的研究對於創新策略模式、創新管理與創新績效之衡量提出研究看法,但是對於促進領導發展的關係連結仍不夠明確,特別是在軍事領域上的議題探討。 本研究主要目的在探索軍事領導階層之人格特質、決策風格、創新策略模式、創新管理與創新績效的關聯性研究。研究對象以台灣北部地區的大專院校共152位軍訓教官為訪查對象。 研究結果顯示,「經驗學習」與「創新風氣團隊」可以有效提升軍事領導階層在創新績效的效果呈現。
Just like business leadership, military leadership is the vital element that could performance and even the fate of one country. Sound military leadership should prepare now for an uncertain future, and to acquire the unique core competence to fight and win the future war. There are many researches about the leadership traits, models of innovative strategy formulation, innovation management, and the evaluation of innovation performance of business. However, the linkage is not clear enough to facilitate the leadership development, especially to the military field. The aim of this study was to explore the linkages between personal traits and decision style, innovative strategy formulation, innovation management, and the innovation performance of military leadership. 152 military instructors of the colleges and universities of northern Taiwan replied to our questionnaires. The analysis results show that the innovation performance could be effectively improve by construct a good management atmosphere of “learning from expertise” and “creative team”.
