The latest research has indicated that one out of every 25 people exhibits sociopathy, constituting 1%–4% of the total population , which exceeds the proportions of people with anorexia and autism (Thomas, 2015). Although congenital factors are one of its crucial indicators, sociopathy is primarily caused by personal growth backgrounds. Today, personality disorder is closely associated with society and requires utmost attention . This study will investigate the subconscious and external characteristics of personality disorder, which belongs to the field of abnormal psychology. After literature review, these characteristics will be classified using 4 categories: story scenarios, character modeling, color images, and symbols. According to the structure of this study, the ideation process and structure of relevance will then be identified. Images will be analyzed from a semiotic perspective. Character modeling will be employed in the storytelling process. Surrealism will be applied in illustrating a world of contrasts, differences, and fantasy, which conveys characters to the audience effectively and invokes resonance in the audience. We will focus on the characteristics of sociopathy feared and avoided by the public from the perspective of personality disorder. People with personality disorder have lived in the world with the disorder for a long term without being aware of it. We will encourage people to reflect on the characteristics of this disorder through the metaphors in illustrations to reduce their prejudice and disgust against people with personality disorder.
