實構築運用在舊建築場域之再設計
—以嘉義陳宅為例

本研究以維護舊有基地範圍與保存建物本體，延續美好的記憶為起始，針對建築外觀及環境美化，藉由周圍環境及在地歷史文化演變的脈絡與家族成員的共同記憶，從中發現其特點及較具意義的元素，運用Tectonic（實構築）理論概念，透過設計演練分析及模型製作方式，確定其可行性，呈現最終的結果，期待能夠活化基地空間場域環境，讓其得以獲得適當保存與維護，重新連結過去與現在的情感記憶。「實構築」是一種因地制宜、自然與人造、專業與常識，所形成的集體文化認同，讓人透過空間感受更真實的存在感。經常在建築作品中以「系統外架構的思考模式」巧妙的被利用於「建築立面系統上」，以材料、形狀、質理、尺度、比例和光影所塑造的虛與實空間，將傳統注重建築實體轉而注重人對空間的理解所形成的感受。藉由上述轉化應用，期待透過構築的完成能夠將環境展開，想像力展開，人心也展開，拉近物質文明造成的疏離感，對所處環境更具認同感，經由新的思考面向豐富心靈，重新塑造我們的生活體驗，同時提供活化基地空間場域環境的另一種可能性。

This research is based on the purposes of keeping the original range of the base, preserving the body of the construction and continuing the wonderful memories. With the help of ambient environments, contexts of historical culture evolution and collective memories of the family members, we focused on structural appearance and landscaping and discovered the characteristics and the meaningful elements in it. According to the concept of Tectonic theory, we assured its viability through designing drills analyses and modeling measurements. Presenting the final results, we hoped to activate the base surrounding areas for receiving proper preservation and protection, as well linked the memories between the past and the present. Tectonic is a collective cultural identity that adapt to local conditions, which formed naturally and artificially with expertise and common sense. It makes people feel a more realistic sense of presence through space. In architectural designs, Tectonic often ingeniously applies the “New thinking mode of the system’s outer structure” to “Building elevation system”. The virtual and real space created by materials, shapes, textures, scales, ratios and shadows have transformed to care more about people’s feeling of space than the body of the structure. Through the previous transformation, we are looking forward to broaden the environment, imagination and public feeling by building constructions. Get rid of the isolation caused by material civilization and gain more environmental identity. Rich people’s mind with new thinking mode in order to remodel our living experiences and activate another possibility of the base field environment.
