本研究主要以音樂治療活動來輔導腦性麻痺兒童進行音樂治療活動,藉由音樂治療師的輔助下,針對腦性麻痺兒童肢體動作的改善進行個案研究。以一位三歲低張型的腦麻兒童為主,研究目的為:探討腦性麻痺兒童在音樂治療活動實施前後,其肢體動作改變之情形。研究採探索式的個案研究,教學前先針對個案進行現況及肢體動作能力之評估;活動為期三個月,共16次的音樂治療活動;施測後再次評估個案之肢體動作發展情形。本研究結果如下: 一、依據Russell-GMFM88量表,個案在接受音樂治療活動實施後較實施前發現,個案在躺及翻身的部分是有穩定進步,尤其是站立部分的有顯著差異。 二、個案在實施音樂治療活動後,顯示音樂治療活動對腦性麻痺兒肢體動作的確有其成效,尤其是在人際互動、口語表達及專注力上均有顯著進步。 最後,依據研究結果,提供建議給未來相關研究為參考依據。
This case study aims to apply music therapy activities on a 3 year old child with cerebral palsy and see the impacts of music therapy activities on his motor development. It took 3 months, 16 times of music therapy activities. After a year, follow up interviews were provided for the child’s parent, teachers and occupational therapists. The results were as follows. 1. According to the Russell-GMFM scale of 88 categories, the case study made significant difference on motor development, such as lying and turning his body over, after the music therapy activities. Additionally, the standing item showed significant differences as well. 2. After the music therapy activities, it demonstrated significant improvement on interpersonal interaction, oral expression and concentration of the cerebral palsy child. Finally, suggestions provided for further researchers based on the conclusion.
