音樂介入運動訓練對身體組成之影響

摘要


研究指出音樂介入到運動可使運動員覺醒控制,減少運動自覺強度、調整 情緒進而達到增強運動表現之可能性。本研究目的在探討音樂介入進行八週 3000 公尺跑步訓練,在有無音樂介入時,對個人身體組成分析是否有所產生影 響。本研究受試者為 18 名(有音樂組:9、無音樂組:9)台南應用科技大學的 籃球校隊。本研究實驗期間為,每週三天為期八週,受試者進行 3000 公尺跑步 訓練。本研究結果顯示:(ㄧ)所有受試者在接受 8 週 3000 公尺跑步訓練後, 對前測與後測測驗身體組成的 21 個項目中,並沒有任何一項變數產生顯著性的 差異(p<0.05);(二)對照組之受試者在接受八週 3000 公尺跑步訓練後,對身 體組成 21 項目變數,並沒有任何一項產生顯著性的差異(p<0.05);(三)實驗 組(音樂介入)在接受八週 3000 公尺跑步後,身體組成 21 項目變數,並沒有 任何一項產生顯著性的差異(p<0.05);(四)、對照組與實驗組(音樂介入)在 完成八週跑步訓練後,兩組間並沒有產生任何一項顯著性的差異(p<0.05)。本研 究結論,在經過八週跑步訓練後,無論有無音樂介入運動訓練,對籃球校隊的 受試者之身體組成,並沒有產生有明顯影響效果。但以平均值來看,實驗組之 肌肉重稍微有效果的存在,但沒有達到(p<0.05)的顯著水準。Researches have reported that the influences with music intervention in exercise may have the effects on arousal control, reduction of exercise conscious strength, and mood adjustment, those effects could give athletes the feasibility to improve performance of exercise. The purpose of this study was to investigate whether music intervention has any effect on the analysis of body composition (inbody) when subjects undergo 3000 meters running training. The subjects of this study were 18 basketball varsity team members from Tainan University of Applied Technology and Sciences. They were divided into two groups with (9) and without (9) music intervention. The experimental period of this study was three days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) for span of 8 weeks by 3000 meters running training. The results of this study showed that (1) All subjects who had completed 3,000 meters running training for 8 weeks did not have any significant differences on each of the 21 items of body composition before and after running training, for p<0.05; (2) There was no significant difference in body composition on each of the 21 items before and after the 3,000 meters running training in the non-music group (contrast group), for p<0.05; (3) There was no significant difference on each of the 21 items of body composition before and after the 3,000 meters running training in the music-intervened group (test group), for p<0.05; (4) Between (contrast group) and (test group), those who had completed 3,000 meters running training for 8 weeks, there had not any one significant difference for p<0.05. The conclusion of this study is that: basketball varsity team for both groups with and without music intervention in the training process after 8 weeks running training had no obviously influence on the analysis of body composition. There existed little effect on the average value of the muscle weight of the test group, it did not obviously reach the integral level for p<0.05.
