本研究旨在探討便利商店員工之工作價值觀、成就動機工作承諾的影響效果,並驗證工作投入之中介效果。本研究問卷對象為便利商店員工,採便利抽樣法進行調查,回收302份有效問卷,問卷資料係獨立樣本t檢定、因素分析、信度分析、相關分析與迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析。研究結果顯示:1.工作價值觀對工作投入呈顯著預測效果;2.成就動機對工作投入呈顯著預測效果;3.工作投入對工作承諾呈顯著預測效果;4.工作價值觀對工作承諾呈顯著預測效果;5.成就動機對工作承諾呈顯著預測效果;6.工作投入在工作價值觀與工作承諾間具有部分中介效果;7.工作投入在成就動機與工作承諾間具有完全中介效果。本研究最後依據研究結果,針對便利商店員工之工作價值觀與成就動機與工作投入提供建議,以供便利商店主管階層與學術界作研究參考。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of work values, achievement motivation and work commitment of convenience store employees, and to verify the mediating effect of work engagement. In this study,302 valid questionnaires were collected by the convenience sampling method for convenience store employees. According to the results of study:1. Work values have a significant predictive effect on work engagement; 2. Achievement motivation has a significant predictive effect on work engagement; 3. Work engagement has a significant predictive effect on work commitment; 4. Work values have a significant predictive effect on work commitment Predictive effect; 5. Achievement motivation has a significant predictive effect on work commitment; 6. Work engagement has a partial mediating effect between work values and work commitment; 7. Work engagement has a complete mediating effect between achievement motivation and work commitment. Finally, based on the research results, this study provides suggestions on the work values, achievement motivation and work engagement of convenience store employees for the convenience store executives and academia as a research reference.
