臺中市公立國小附設幼兒園主任工作壓力與工作效能之探究

A Study on Job Stress and Job Effectiveness for Directors at Public Elementary School Affiliated Kindergartens in Taichung City

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解臺中市公立國小附設幼兒園主任工作壓力與工作效能之現況及相關性。本研究採自編「臺中市公立國小附設幼兒園主任工作壓力與工作效能之調查問卷」為研究工具,以107學年度臺中市公立國小附設幼兒園主任為調查對象,採便利性抽樣方式,有效問卷共133份。資料分別以描述性統計分析、單因子變異分析及皮爾森積差相關等方法進行資料處理。所得研究結果如下:(1)臺中市公立國小附設幼兒園主任具有中高程度的工作壓力,各層面以「教學專業」層面最高(2)臺中市公立國小附設幼兒園主任的工作效能屬於中高程度,各層面以「教學效能」層面最高。(3)不同年齡及教育程度的國小附設幼兒園主任在工作壓力上有顯著差異(4)不同年齡、服務年資、主任年資及教育程度的國小附設幼兒園主任在工作效能上有顯著差異。(5)臺中市公立國小附設幼兒園主任整體工作壓力與工作效能之「行政效能」層面達顯著負相關。最後,依據研究結果提出建議,以供教育主關機關、學校、國小附設幼兒園主任及未來研究參考。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the current statuses of and the correlations between job stress and job performances among directors of affiliated preschools of public elementary schools in Taichung City. The research instrument was a self-developed “Questionnaire on the job stress and job performances of directors of affiliated preschools of public elementary schools in Taichung City”. The subjects were directors of affiliated preschools of public elementary schools in Taichung City. Using convenience sampling, this study obtained 133 valid responses to the questionnaire. The responses were then analyzed using descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson product-moment correlation. The findings were summarized as follows: (1) The directors of affiliated preschools of public elementary schools in Taichung City had job stress ranging between medium and high levels, and their job stress was highest in the “teaching profession” dimension; (2) The directors of affiliated preschools of public elementary schools in Taichung City showed job performances ranging from medium to high levels, with the performance in the “teaching effectiveness” being the highest; (3) The directors’ job stress varied significantly by age and education degree; (4) The directors’ job performances varied significantly by age, duration of service, duration of service in the director’s position, and education degree; (5) The directors’ overall job stress was negatively and significantly related to the “administrative effectiveness” dimension of job performance. Finally, based on findings, this study proposed suggestions to the authority concerned, schools, directors of affiliated preschools of elementary schools, and future researchers.
