本研究旨在瞭解新竹縣國小附設幼兒園教師兼任園主任行政工作之壓力現況與面對工作壓力後的因應策略方法,且探討其關聯性。將兼任行政工作的壓力來源分為行政負荷、人際關係、教學自主、時間運用、工作回饋等面向,因應策略則以理性分析、解決問題、尋求支持、忽略逃避、情緒調適層面,採用李克特式(Likert type)之五點量表之問卷對新竹縣國小附幼教師對象,收集資料;再以不同的性別、年齡、婚姻狀況、教育背景、任教年資、兼任行政工作年資、學校行政區為變因,採用描述性統計、T 檢定、單因子變異數分析不同的變因對於不同壓力來源和採取的因應策略。在整體工作壓力層面,新竹縣國小附幼教師兼任行政工作壓力之感受為中高等程度,兼任行政工作壓力的知覺程度觀感由最高到低,依序為行政負荷、時間運用、教學自主、人際關係、工作回饋;不同的年齡、婚姻狀況、教育背景、兼任行政工作年資、學校行政區之教師在面對整體及各層面工作壓力未達顯著水準,而不同任教年資之新竹縣國小附幼兼任行政工作教師在時間運用方面有達著差異,而對其他方式未達顯著水準。在採取因應策略方面,新竹縣國小附幼教師兼任行政工作在整體因應策略整體平均數屬中高程度,採取不同策略意願由高到低,依序為解決問題、情緒調適、理性分析、尋求支持、忽略逃避,不同的年齡、婚姻狀況、教育背景、任教年資、兼任行政工作年資、學校行政區之教師在整體及各層面因應策略未達顯著水準。
This study was to understand the job stress and the coping strategies of the teacher with administrative duties in the affiliated preschool of elementary school and discuss the relationship between the job stress and coping strategies. The job stress was categorized into Administrative Load, Interaction between People, Teaching Autonomy, Time Utilization and Reward of Job. The coping strategies were categorized into Rational Analysis, Problem Resolving, Support Seeking, Ignoring and Evading and Emotion Adjustment. To design the questionnaire with five-level Likert type for the teachers of the teacher in the affiliated preschool of elementary school in Hsinchu County. And we analyzed data with distinct factors: Gender, Age, Marital Status, Educational Background, Years of Services, Years with Administrative Duties and Location of the School by the descriptive statistics, t-test and one-way ANOVA and find the relation between the job stress and the coping strategies. The overall job stress was above the middle level and the order of stress from high to low was Administrative Load, Time Utilization, Teaching Autonomy, Interaction between People and Reward of Job and there is no statistically significant difference in terms of all factors for most categories of the job stress. In terms of Years of Services, there is a significant difference for Time Utilization. The overall coping strategy on job stress was above the middle level. The preference of coping strategies was Problem Resolving, Rational Analysis, Support Seeking, Emotion Adjustment, Ignoring and Evading and there is no statistically significant difference in terms of all factors for all categories of the coping strategies.
