企業導入TTQS系統之個案研究-以中部某托育機構為例

摘要


本研究旨在探討企業導入人才發展品質管理系統(TTQS)之過程、實施成效、所面臨之困境,以相關文件來分析企業導入TTQS系統之過程,並以半結構式的訪談法,來蒐集本研究所需要的資料,訪談對象為中部某托育機構的負責人、承辦人、受訓人員,由三種不同職位之關係人,藉以探討企業導入TTQS系統之實施成效、瞭解企業導入TTQS系統所面臨之困境。 訪談結果發現: 一、在分析某托育機構導入TTQS系統之過程,包含從準備階段,參加勞動部勞動力發展署說明會,規劃具體的營運計畫,分析企業的經營現況等等之完整過程。 二、在探討某托育機構導入TTQS系統之實施成效方面,由導入TTQS系統後產出完整有系統的訓練計畫,有計畫的培養組織人才,建立資訊系統化的資料管理,自製教具提升機構特色,托育滿意度的提升、托育人員流動率降低。 三、在瞭解某托育機構導入TTQS系統所面臨之困境,包括了對TTQS系統的不夠瞭解、要如何安排編制專責人員、以及安排上課時間及人數的安排等都是企業目前所面臨的困境。

This study aims to explore the case study of the company's introduction of the Talent Development Quality Management System (TTQS) - analyze the process of the company's introduction of the TTQS system, discuss the implementation results of the company's introduction of the TTQS system, and understand the company's introduction of TTQS. The dilemma faced by the system. The research method of purchasing qualitative interviews and the introduction of relevant documents of TTQS system were carried out, and the semi-structured interview method was used to collect the information needed by the research institute. The interviewee was the person in charge and the organizer of a certain care institution in the central region. Trainees, from three different positions, to understand the process, implementation effectiveness and difficulties faced by the company in introducing the TTQS system. Interview results found: Analyze the process of importing a TTQS system into an ergonomic institution, including the preparation process, participation in the labor development department briefing session of the Ministry of Labor, planning a specific operational plan, analyzing the current status of the business, etc. In terms of the implementation effect of the company's introduction of the TTQS system, the introduction of the TTQS system will produce a complete and systematic training plan, plan to train the organization of talents, establish information systemized data management, self-made teaching aids to enhance institutional characteristics, and foster education. Increased satisfaction and reduced mobility of care workers。 Understand the difficulties faced by enterprises in introducing TTQS system, including the lack of understanding of TTQS system, how to arrange the preparation of dedicated personnel, and the arrangement of class time and number of people are all the difficulties faced by enterprises.
