醫院員工參與健康促進活動對生活品質、快樂指數 與留任意願之關聯性研究

The Correlation of Hospital Employees’ Participation to Health Promotion Activities on Quality of Life, Happiness Index and Intention to Stay

摘要


台灣於2006年加入世界衛生組織健康促進醫院國際網絡,對於醫院所提供的健康促進活動是否可增進員工的健康狀態及提升生活品質,是本研究想了解的目的之一。健康與快樂息息相關,幸福感則為其指標,若將醫院提供的各種健康促進活動,與員工是否會因此而增加留任意願,為本研究目的之二。本研究目的之三則想探討參與健康促進活動對醫院員工的生活品質、快樂指數與留任意願之相關性。 研究樣本為某區域醫院員工,以便利抽樣問卷調查方式,量表分為四大部分,分別為:生活品質、快樂指數、留任意願及個人資料。共回收問卷270份,扣除三份無效問卷,問卷有效率為98%。統計方法採用 SPSS 25.0統計套裝軟體進行敘述性統計、獨立樣本 t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、Pearson 積差相關分析及多元逐步迴歸統計方法進行資料分析。 結果顯示:醫院員工參與最多的健康促進活動為「健康危害防制:流感疫苗施打、癌症篩檢、健康檢查」。醫院員工參與健康促進活動對生活品質、快樂指數和留任意願在年齡、教育程度、已婚、年資高、擔任主管職務與職稱為門診助理、醫師及照顧服務員者均達顯著差異。以Pearson 積差相關分析結果顯示醫院員工的生活品質(r =.560)與快樂指數(r =.433)越高時,留任意願也越高。多元逐步迴歸分析結果顯示生活品質與快樂指數能有效預測留任意願,其中又以生活品質中的「社會關係範疇」最具預測力。 醫院員工參與健康促進活動的生活品質及快樂指數越高則留任意願也越高,呈正向影響。本研究結果期望提供非健康促進醫院為參考,評估是否增設健康促進活動,以增加留任之意願。

Since joined the International Network Health Promotion Hospital of World Health Organization in 2006, whether the health promotion activities provided by the hospital in Taiwan can improve the health and the quality of life of employees is one of the purposes in this study. Health and happy are closely related, and happiness is an indicator. There are various health promotion activities provided by hospital whether will increase the intention to stay of employees is the second purpose of this study. The third purpose of this study is to explore the correlation among the quality of life, happiness index and intention to stay of hospital employees after participation of health promotion activities. Subjects were recruited employees at a regional teaching hospital by convenient sampling survey. The measurement tool is divided into four major parts which are: quality of life, happiness index, intention to stay and personal profile. A total of 270 questionnaires were recovered and three are invalid with a validity recovery rate of 98%. The statistical analysis used the SPSS 25.0 statistical software package for descriptive statistics, independent sample t test, ANOVA, Pearson product correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression statistical methods. The results showed that the most health promotion activities that the hospital employees participated were "prevention of health hazards: influenza vaccine administration, cancer screening, and health examination". There were significant differences in quality of life, happiness index, and intention to stay at personal profile of age, educational level, married status, year to stay, supervisory experience and titles of outpatient assistants, physicians and caregivers. The results show that the higher the quality of life (r = .560) and happiness index (r = .433) of hospital employees participation in health promotion activities, the higher the intention to stay by Pearson product difference correlation analysis. The results of multiple stepwise regression analysis show that the quality of life and happiness index can effectively predict the intention to stay and the "social relationship category" in the quality of life is the strong predictive one. The quality of life and happiness index have been shown to be positively correlated with intention to stay by participating in health promotion activities of hospital employees. The findings of this study have implications to provide for non-health promotion hospitals to add health promotion activities to increase the intention to stay of employees.
