健康促進學校口腔衛生保健議題對國民小學學童口腔衛生影響之研究

A Study on the Effectiveness of Oral Health Planning of Health Promoting School Programs for the Primary School Children

摘要


本研究旨在探討健康促進學校政策中的口腔衛生議題,如何應用於改善國小四年級學童的口腔衛生保健知識、口腔衛生保健態度與口腔衛生保健行為。本研究採用準實驗研究法,實驗組學生接受12週的口腔衛生教育教學,而控制組則不接受介入。研究工具為「臺中市口腔衛生議題評量工具」,研究對象為108學年度就讀臺中市奇諾國小四年級學生,共計96名。採用描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、相依樣本t檢定和單因子共變數分析方法進行資料處理分析,歸納結論如下: 一、國小學童口腔衛生保健知識、口腔衛生保健態度及口腔衛生保健行為 整體層面屬於中程度。 二、口腔衛生教學課程,提升學童在健康知識和技能概念的認知學習表現,在「健康技能知識」上優於控制組。 三、口腔衛生教學課程,提升學童在健康察覺和健康正向態度的情意學習表現,在「健康察覺態度」和「健康正向的態度」上優於控制組。 四、口腔衛生教學課程,提升學童在健康生活技能和健康自我管理的行為學習表現,在「潔牙行為」生活技能和「健康自我管理」上優於控制組。

The purpose of this study is to explore how oral health issues in health promotion school policies can be used to improve oral health care knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors of grade 4 students in elementary school. This research used quasi-experimental design. Students in the experimental group received oral hygiene education of 12 weeks while the control group did not accept intervention. The research tool is "Taichung City Oral Hygiene Assessment Tool." which had been applied to 96 grade 4 students of Chino Elementary School in Taichung City. The collected datas were analyzed with descriptive statistics, Independent-Sample T test, Paired-Sample T test and One-Way ANCOVA. The conclusions are as follows: 1. The overall level of oral health care knowledge, attitudes and behaviors of primary school children are moderate. 2. The students of experimental group made a greater progress than the control group in "health skills knowledge" which improved their cognitive learning in health knowledge and skill concepts. 3. The students of experimental group made a greater progress than the control group in "health awareness attitude" and "health positive attitude" which improved their emotional learning in health awareness and healthy positive attitudes. 4. The students of experimental group made a greater progress than the control group in "cleaning teeth" life skills and "healthy self-management" which improved their behavior learning in healthy life skills and healthy self-management.
