臺中市國民小學家長參與學校教育現況及其相關因素之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討臺中市國民小學家長參與學校教育之現況,以及「家長參與學校教育行為與家長自身信念」、「家長參與學校教育行為與家長知覺外部環境」之關係。本研究採用問卷調查法,以臺中市國民小學家長為研究對象進行分層抽樣調查,共抽選10所國民小學,低中高年級學生家長共879人為研究對象,計得有效量表726份,有效量表比率為82.59%;使用工具為研究者自編之「臺中市國民小學家長參與學校教育調查量表」,並將調查所得資料以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、典型相關以及多元迴歸分析等統計方式進行分析。 本研究結果整理如下: 一、臺中市國民小學家長參與學校教育行為屬中下程度。 二、臺中市國民小學家長其家長自身信念屬於中高程度。 三、臺中市國民小學家長其家長知覺外部環境屬於中高程度。 四、臺中市國民小學家長參與學校教育行為,因其社經地位、家庭平均月收入、子女就讀階段及居住區域之不同,而有顯著差異。 五、臺中市國民小學家長之家長自身信念,因其社經地位、家庭平均月收入及子女數之不同,而有顯著差異。 六、臺中市國民小學家長之家長知覺外部環境,因其性別之不同,而有顯著差異。 七、家長自身信念、家長知覺外部環境與家長參與學校教育行為之間呈現正相關。 八、家長自身信念及家長知覺外部環境可以有效預測家長參與學校教育行為。

This research aims to investigate the status of parent involvement in Taichung City, and what it is related to parental self-belief and parent’s perception of external environment. This study adopts questionnaire survey. Parents of elementary schools in Taichung City were population. There were 879 parents of the first to the sixth grade in ten elementary schools were choose by stratified purposive sampling. There are total 726 effective scales. The percentage of effective scales is 82.59%. Scale of Parent Involvement in Taichung City made by researcher was used in this research. Data acquired from this survey was analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one way analysis of variance (one-way ANOVA), canonical correlation and multiple regression analysis. The results are as follows: 1. Parent involvement by parents of Taichung City’s elementary schools showed the lower degree in this research. 2. Parental self-belief of parents of Taichung City’s elementary schools showed the higher degree in this research. 3. Parent’s perception of external environment of parents of Taichung City’s elementary schools showed the higher degree in this research. 4. Parent involvement, and significantly varied by their socioeconomic status, their average monthly income, grades of their children and residential areas. 5. Parental self-belief significantly varied by their socioeconomic status, their average monthly income and grades of their children. 6. Parents’ perception of external environment significantly varied by gender. 7. After investigating the relation among parental self-belief, parent’s perception of external environment and parent involvement shown positive correlation in this research. 8. Parent involvement can be effectively predicted by parental self-belief and parent’s perception of external environment.
