社區資源運用在國小鄉土教育課程之研究-以臺中市南屯老街為例

摘要


本研究以「社區教育論」為理論基礎,透過「田野調查」之「文獻考察」、「實地踏查」、「問卷」、「訪談」等方法來了解:老街社區相關人士對鄉土文化之認知與看法、支援學校教學之模式與意願、社區資源之概況、擷取可運用資源轉化成鄉土教學素材之課程設計。探討學校建立鄉土資源整合系統的基礎,及在九年一貫課程架構下,融入七大學習領域的可行性、及主題探索式教學示例的學習模式,以建構完善的「台中市南屯老街國小鄉土教育課程」。在研究者經資料之彙整、分析、討論後,獲得以下的結論:一、南屯老街社區鄉土文化相關人士是「珍貴人力資源寶庫」,其對鄉土教 育具有態度審慎、正面且積極之認知、對老街人文環境特色有高度一致之看法、惟對教學支援模式及意願則趨於保守。是學校未來建立資源整合系統基礎的優勢及努力方向。二、經調查南屯老街社區的鄉土教學資源內容,除提供教師對在地鄉土文化多面向的認識與理解外,更具有提供、運用在課程設計與規劃上的教育價值。三、九年一貫七大學習領域分段能力指標,是可以藉由運用南屯老街社區資源,設計、規劃融入式鄉土教學學習目標的內涵來轉化達成。 四、國民教育十大基本能力,是可以藉由運用南屯老街社區資源,設計、規劃主題式鄉土教學探索活動的多元學習模式來轉化達成。 期待本研究成果日後真正為現場教師教學之用,以實現藉由鄉土教學來落實九年一貫課程能力指標、培養國民教育十大基本能力、促進社區的永續發展與文化傳承、達到讓兒童從認識、學習生活周遭事物開始,肯定自己、認同鄉土,由愛家、愛鄉、愛國,進而發展多元文化觀與世界觀的「鄉土教育」最終目標。

This main purpose of this study, on the basis of “Community Education Theory”, is to investigate the perceptions of stakeholders in Nantun Community on local culture, stakeholders’ desire to supportive teaching and their preferable styles, resources’ overview in Nantun Community, and application of available local resouces to teaching and curriculum design. After the compiled data, analysis and discussion from the researcher, the major findings of this study are stated as follows. 1. Local culture stakehoders in Nantun Community are “treasures of valuable human resources.” They hold a cautious, positive and agreeable attitude toward local education and cultural features in Nantun Community. However, they hold a conservative view to supportive teaching and their preferable styles. 2. The contents of cultural teaching resources in Nantun Community are helpful not only to promote teachers’ awareness and understandings to local culture in Nantun Community but also to reinforce the application to teaching and curriculum design. 3. The learning objectives of the Nine-Year Integrated Curriculum Competence Indicators can be achieved through the application of the cultural teaching resources in Nantun Community and through the appropriate integrated teaching curriculum design about local culture in Nantun Community. 4. The learning objectives of the National Education Ten Basic Capabilities can be achieved through the application of the cultural teaching resources in Nantun Community and through the appropriate explorative teaching curriculum design about local culture in Nantun Community. In order to achieve the learning objectives of the Nine-Year Integrated Curriculum, enhance the National Education Ten Basic Capabilities, promote sustainable community development and cultural heritage, it is truly hoped that the results of this study can be used for local culture teaching. Through local education, students are able to be aware of the surroundings, care much more about the environments, reinforce their cultural identification, and develop their cultural perspective and global view.
