台中縣國民小學教師知覺超額教師壓力與其因應策略之研究

摘要


本研究的主旨在了解台中縣國民小學教師知覺超額教師壓力與其因應策略之現況,及其在不同個人背景變項上的差異與知覺超額教師壓力和因應策略之相關,研究方法為問卷調查法,以台中縣國小教師為研究對象,取樣以2009年度台中縣35所超額介聘學校,採分層隨機取樣,以自編之「台中縣國民小學教師「知覺超額教師壓力與因應策略調查問卷」為研究工具,並將所得資料以描述統計、積差相關、t考驗、單因子變異數分析。本研究獲得之結論如下: 一、台中縣國小教師知覺超額教師壓力情況約在略有壓力至有壓力之間。 二、台中縣國小教師知覺超額教師壓力因應策略會因個人背景變項而有差異。 (一)台中縣國民小學教師整體知覺超額教師壓力,因年齡不同、服務年資、教育程度、職務、學校位置,而有所差異。 (二)台中縣國小教師整體知覺超額教師壓力之因應策略會因服務年資、教育程度、職務之不同、學校位置而有所差異。 三、台中縣國民小學教師知覺超額教師壓力與因應策略有顯著正相關。

The main purpose of this study was to explore the self-perception of the surplus teachers under the stress of low birth rate in Taichung County and launched strategies for dealing with the problems. The research method adopted is questionnaire survey method, and the research target is the surplus teachers from thirty-five elementary schools of 2009 year in Taichung County by stratified random sampling. The survey questionnaire is constructed by self-made “the self-consciousness of the surplus teacher work stress in Taichung County and their coping strategies” used as the research tool. Furthermore, the obtained results would be analyzed and processed by using descriptive statistics, t test, one-way ANOVA and product-moment correlation. The conclusions of the research were as follows. 1. The elementary school surplus teachers in Taichung County under the stress of low birth rate is from slight degree to normal degree. 2. The self-perception of the surplus teachers work stress would be different in personal background variable. a. The self-perception of the surplus teacher work stress would be different in age, working years, education background, job they are in charge and the location of the school variables. b. The self-perception of the surplus teacher work stress and their coping strategies would be different age, working years, education background, job they are in charge and the location of the school variables. 3. The self-awareness of the surplus teacher work stress in Taichung County and their strategies for dealing with the problem had a significant relevance.
