精神科醫院行政人員人格特質、倫理決策模式與工作壓力關連性之研究

Study of the Correlation among Personality Traits,Ethical Decision-Making Model and Job Stress of Administrative Staffs in Psychiatric Hospitals

摘要


本研究旨在探討精神科醫院行政人員人格特質、倫理決策模式與工作壓力之關連性,以臺中市6家精神科醫院行政人員為母體(排除社會工作員),採立意抽樣於106年3月29日發放179份問卷,106年4月3日至106年4月10日共回收157份,問卷回收率為87.71%。受試者須填寫經七位專家進行內容效度修正後之自編「精神科醫院行政人員人格特質、倫理決策模式與工作壓力調查問卷」,資料回收後以統計軟體 SPSS 17.0版進行統計分析,分析方法則採描述性統計、獨立樣本 t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關和多元逐步迴歸分析,歸納研究結果發現: 一、精神科醫院行政人員之人格特質多以嚴謹自律性最為明顯;倫理決策模式方面偏向較正向表現;工作上則具有相當的壓力感受 。 二、精神科醫院行政人員不同人口統計變項對人格特質、倫理決策模式與工作壓力達顯著差異或部分達顯著差異。 三、精神科醫院行政人員人格特質、倫理決策模式與工作壓力三者間具關連性,且達統計上顯著水準;人格特質與倫理決策模式可有效預測工作壓力,其中又以人格特質之「開放性」的預測力最佳。

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship among personality traits, ethical decision-making model and job stress of administrative staffs in psychiatric hospitals. The sampling subjects are the administrative staffs of six psychiatric hospitals in Taichung (excluding social workers) and conducted the survey by virtue of purposive sampling. A total of 179 questionnaires were delivered on March 29, 2017 and retrieved 157 questionnaires from April 3 to April 10 of 2017 with a collecting rate of 87.71%. The subjects must fill in the [Questionnaire for Researching the Correlation between Personality, Ethical Decision-making Model of Administrative Staffs of Psychiatric Hospital and Working Pressure] self-prepared by seven experts after modifying the content validity. The retrieved data went through statistical analysis with SPSS 17.0 and the Descriptive Statistics, Independent Sample t Test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson Correlation and Multiple Stepwise Regression Analysis were applied to analyze the data. According to the research results: 1.The administrative staffs in psychiatric hospitals are significantly characterized by preciseness and high self-discipline; their ethical decision-making model is relatively positive; while they feel much stressed when it comes to job. 2.Different demographic variables of administrative staffs in psychiatric hospitals have made their correlation among personality traits, ethical decision-making model and job stress significantly or partially significantly varies from one to another. 3.The personality traits, ethical decision-making model and job stress of administrative staffs in psychiatric hospitals are correlated and with remarkable statistical significance; the personality traits and ethical decision-making model are effective for predicting job stress and the factor of the Openness in personality traits performs best in forecasting.
