本研究旨在探討學校教師與家長對學校創新經營現況及滿意度之間的關係。以自編「國民小學學校創新經營量表」及「滿意度調查量表」作為研究工具。105學年度臺中市國民小學教師及家長為母群體,依學校規模大小分層比例抽樣,採取問卷調查法抽取樣本,所得資料以描述性統計、單因子變異數、皮爾遜積差相關等統計方法進行資料分析,探究臺中市國民小學教師及家長對於學校創新經營與滿意度之現況及相關研究。主要研究結論如下: 一、 臺中市國民小學學校創新經營與滿意度現況屬於中上程度。 二、 臺中市國民小學教師與家長對學校創新經營之知覺,會因性別、年齡、最高學歷、身份別、學校規模及曾參與學校家長代表或志工之不同而有差異。 三、 臺中市國民小學教師與家長對學校滿意度之知覺,會因性別、年齡、最高學歷、身份別及曾參與學校代表或志工之不同而有差異。 四、 臺中市國小教師與家長在學校創新經營整體與學校滿意度整體及各分層面彼此之間均達到顯著正相關。
The object of this study is to explore the relationship between school innovative managing status and the satisfaction, based on the school customer. The research tools were self-made and self-designed, “National Primary School Innovative Managing Scale” and “Satisfaction Questionnaire Survey.”To set the Taichung City national primary school teachers and student parents as the population from the year of 2016, sampling was taken according to the scale of school. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, F test, single factor variance, Pearson correlation and other statistical methods, in order to explore the school innovative management and satisfaction status of Taichung City primary school teacher and student parents. The study result is as follows: 1. The result of school innovative management and satisfaction status of Taichung City primary school is above average. 2. The cognitions of school innovative management to the Taichung City primary school teachers and student parents may vary depending on the sexuality, age, educational level, identity, school scale, and the experiences of ever being parents’ representative or school volunteer. 3. The cognitions of the satisfactions of school to the Taichung City primary school teachers and student parents may vary depending on the sexuality, age, educational level, identity, school scale, and the experiences of ever being parents’ representative or school volunteer. 4. There are significant correlations between the teachers and school parents of Taichung City primary school in the school innovative management and satisfaction in the overall and each level.
