本研究主要探討國軍軍職人員在個人背景、社會支持因素、工作滿意度、以及留營意願之間的關係。研究主要對象為中、南部地區軍職人員為主,運用網路問卷調查方式進行資料蒐集,回收問卷356份、有效問卷為300份。研究發現以下結果: 一、軍職人員對工作滿意度感受度平均值3.32(SD=0.93)介於普通跟同意之間。 二、軍職人員對留營意願的感受度平均值為3.03(SD=1.03)介於普通及同意之間。 三、軍職人員之「階級」與留營意願具有顯著性相關 四、軍職人員之「教育程度」與工作滿意度具有顯著性相關,其中「碩士以上」、大學」顯著高於「高中職以下」。 五、工作滿意度的影響因素只有「社會支持」達到顯著。 六、留營意願的影響因素有工作滿意度,以及「社會支持」會透過工作滿意度產生中介之影響效果。
This study mainly explores the relationship among the personal attributes, social support factors, job satisfaction, and willingness to stay in the military. The main subjects of the study are mainly military personnel in the central and southern regions. The data collected by means of online questionnaire surveys were used to collect 356 questionnaires and 300 valid questionnaires. The study found the following results: 1. The average of job satisfaction is 3.32, which is between ordinary and agreed. 2. The average of willingness to stay in camp is 3.03, which is between ordinary and agreed. 3. The “rank” of the basic attributes of military personnel shows significant differences in willingness to stay in camp. The willingness of “officers” and “sergeant” is higher than “soldiers”. 4. There is a significant difference in job satisfaction for the basic attributes of military personnel in terms of “educational level”. The satisfaction of “master” and “high school” degrees is higher than “bachelor”. 5. Only “social support” has a significant impact on job satisfaction. 6. The influencing factors of the willingness to stay in camp are job satisfaction, and “social support” will produce an intermediary effect through job satisfaction.
