國軍人員薪資福利、外在環境與留營意願關係之研究

本研究旨在藉由國軍志願役士官兵之問卷調查，探討在國軍「募兵制」政策推行下，找尋影響其留營意願之因素，並以統計方法實施變異數分析、鑒別分析、及迴歸分析，驗證研究架構中的假設關係，問卷調查計發放200份，回收有效問卷148份，有效率為74%。本研究獲得具體結果如下：一、薪資福利、工作滿意、及外在環境等三項變數，均對士官兵之留營意願有顯著影響。二、受訪者居住地點與服務地點相同者，其留營意願明顯較高。三、現在階級為「上士」者，因為已適應部隊生活，且居領導職務或專業幕僚已久，對個人工作型態都已相當瞭解，留營意願明顯高於其他階級之士官兵。四、服務年資或年齡較高之士官兵，留營意願顯著高於年齡較輕和年資較淺者。

The purpose of this study is to use a questionnaire survey of volunteer soldiers in the national army to explore the factors that affect their willingness to stay in army under the implementation of the national army’s "full-recruitment system" policy, and implement variance analysis, discriminant analysis, and regression using statistical methods. Analyze and verify the hypothetical relationship in the research framework. A total of 200 questionnaires were issued, and 148 valid questionnaires were returned, with an effective rate of 74%. The results show as follows: 1. The three variables of salary and welfare, job satisfaction, and external environment all have a significant impact on the willingness of sergeant and soldiers to stay in camp. 2. Those who live in the same place as the service location of the interviewee have a significantly higher willingness to stay in camp. 3. The current class is "sergeant" who have adapted to life in the army and have been in leadership positions or professional staff for a long time. They have a good understanding of personal working styles, and their willingness to stay in camp is significantly higher than that of soldiers of other classes. 4. Sergeant and soldiers who have served or are of a higher age have a significantly higher willingness to stay in camp than those who are younger or younger.
