近年來台灣大環境欠佳,房地產從業員工因輪班制與責任制的工作壓得喘不過氣來,辛苦拚命工作及超時加班所帶來工作負荷,導致員工在工作與家庭間產生衝突。本研究為探討房地產從業人員的職家衝突、工作壓力與情緒耗竭三者間關係,藉由台灣某營建集團的從業人員為研究對象並進行問卷調查,合計發放307份問卷,並利用SPSS軟體進行本研究之分析與探討,結果則顯示:(1)職家衝突與工作壓力呈顯著正相關;(2)工作壓力與情緒耗竭呈顯著正相關;(3)職家衝突與情緒耗竭呈顯著正相關;(4)工作壓力在職家衝突與情緒耗竭間具有部分中介效果。本研究將針對有效降低房地產員工的職家衝突、工作壓力與情緒耗竭的感受,提出相關管理實務與建議。
In recent years, the environment in Taiwan has been poor, real estate workers have been overwhelmed by shifts and responsibilities. The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between occupational conflict, work stress and emotional exhaustion among real estate practitioners. A total of 307 questionnaires were distributed and analyzed using SPSS software. The results showed that: (1) work-family conflict and job stress were significantly positively correlated; (2) job stress and emotional exhaustion were significant positive correlation; (3) work-family conflict and emotional exhaustion were significant positive correlation; (4) job stress partially intermediate effect between work-family conflict and emotional exhaustion. This study will put forward relevant management practices and suggestions to effectively reduce the feelings of work-family conflict, job stress and emotional exhaustion of real estate employees.
