探討女性創業成功影響因素之研究—以美甲產業為例

摘要

本研究以人力資本及社會資本為構面，針對女性創業家對創業成功之因素為探討主題，研究對象為新生創業家中女性的部分。本研究主要以深度訪談法及現場觀察法兩種研究方法，來說明創業活動如何被建立及展開，創業成功之主要因素。藉由之實證結果說明女性創業家創業成功之因素。
研究結果發現人力資本對女性新生創業家成功影響因素有管理經驗，而創業起始經驗則只對女性新生創業家創業成功之收益有著顯著的影響，而社會資本對女性新生創業家創業成功有著顯著影響的為「支持鼓勵」。

This study takes human capital and social capital as the dimension, and focuses on the factors of female entrepreneurs' success in entrepreneurship. The research object is the fe-male part of new entrepreneurs. This research mainly uses in-depth interview method and field observation method to explain how entrepreneurial activities are established and car-ried out， And the main factors of entrepreneurial success. The empirical results illustrate the factors of female entrepreneurs' success in entrepreneurship.
The results of the study found that human capital has management experience on the factors that affect the success of female fresh entrepreneurs， While entrepreneurial start-up experience only has a significant impact on the income of female fresh entrepreneurs， While social capital has a significant impact on the success of female fresh entrepreneurs. The influence is "support and encouragement".
