自助旅遊者休閒涉入及心流體驗及休閒滿意度之相關研究

台灣的出國旅遊已從團體旅遊發展成半自助或全自助型旅遊。透過旅遊深入世界各地，誠摯體驗每個角落的不同風貌與人文，在移動中以自然萬物的力量與與風貌洗滌自我，透過心靈的尋訪，重新審視自己。本研究目的在探討自助旅遊者的休閒涉入、心流體驗與休閒滿意度之關係，針對一次以上出國自助旅遊者為研究對象，採用問卷調查法，回收之有效問卷為116份。研究工具為休閒涉入量表、心流體驗與休閒滿意度量表，並使用描述性統計、信度分析、相關分析、迴歸分析，研究結果顯示：一、人口統計變項在性別比例上，男女人數為77人；教育程度方面，以大專及大學之教育程度為最多；職業方面，以上班族族群佔絕大部份。二、不同性別在休閒涉入與心流體驗之「明確目標」、「立即回饋」、「技巧與挑戰的平衡」、「全神貫注在活動上」、「自我的控制感」、「時間感的改變」、「自成性的經驗」、「意識與活動相融合」、「自我意識的喪失」，皆無顯著性差異。三、自助旅遊者之年齡與婚姻狀況有顯著正向相關，年齡與子女數呈現正向相關，年齡與月收入所得呈現正向相關，年齡與月收入所得呈現正向相關，婚姻狀況與子女人數呈現正向相關，婚姻狀況與月所得收入呈現正向相關四、「休閒滿意度」部份，自助行者其認同度最高為「放鬆方面」、「心理方面」，其次為「社會方面」，最低為「生理方面」。
