地球只有一個,自然環境的不斷受到破壞,生活的環境品質越來越差,環保意識抬頭,人們開始去關注造成環境破壞的課題。紡織品的生產、使用及廢棄,都可能在各階段中造成環境的污染與破壞,如何提供人們對「衣」的多重需求,又能不造成環境破壞,是近來研究者積極努力的目標,也因此生態紡織品、綠色紡織品開始受到極大的重視及開發。 本研究利用不織布製程,生產不織布為基布;從原料上改變,擬採用聚丙烯纖維(PP)及寶特瓶回收纖維(PET)這兩種環保纖維,改變混和比例,使用針軋不織布的生產設備及流程,再利用縫編法加工編織上經紗並強化不織布,完成之不織布外表具有一般針織布的質感,使其物理特性 ( 拉伸、破裂、撕裂及透氣度 ) 勝過相關一般不織布產品,接著再壓吸抗靜電劑,使其表面電阻值降低並具有抗靜電性,開發具生態環保性的抗靜電不織布,以製程與原料為突破。不織布將分別於壓吸抗靜電劑之前與壓吸後,測試其物理性質,例如拉伸、撕裂、透氣度、表面電阻等。人們生存的環境,充斥著或大或小的靜電,而紡織品的摩擦常常是產生靜電的最大來源,如何改善紡織品之抗靜電功能,以保障人們的健康及安全,卻又不會因為生產或使用這些紡織品而造成環境及生態的破壞,正是本研究所要努力去嘗試克服及解決。
The pollution of the Earth becomes more serious every day and people are beginning to pay attention to this problem. People can not live without textiles, but the pollution comes from the manufacturing, use and trash of textiles. How to solve this problem becomes more important, so researchers make efforts to develop green textiles and textiles for the ecosystem. Two kinds of green fibers, PP fiber and regenerated PET bottle fiber, are used in this study. The PP fibers has the good mechanical property. The nonwovens are made of PP fiber and regenerated PET bottle fiber by needle punching process. Non-wovens are antistatic materials and ‘Green’ textiles. The environment People live, filled with static electricity, and friction of textiles is the largest source of static electricity. How to improve the antistatic textile which were in order to protect people's health and safety. But not to cause the pollution problem are the most important things.
