防塵抗靜電不織布之製程與討論

摘要


本研究利用聚丙烯纖維及寶特瓶回收聚酯纖維這兩種纖維,使用針軋不織布的生產設備及流程,再利用縫編法加工編織上經紗並強化不織布,完成之不織布外表具有一般針織布的質感,使其物理特性(拉伸、破裂、撕裂)勝過相關不織布產品,接著壓吸抗靜電劑,使其表面電阻降低並具有抗靜電性能,開發具抗靜電性的不織布。經過實驗測試及個數據綜合比較,以90:10的不織布的數據較佳,拉身強度為249.41N/cm(CD方向)、326.63N/cm(MD方向)撕裂強度為79.28N(MD方向)、88.20N(CD方向);破裂強度為171.50N/cm^2;表面電阻為2.7×l0^8Ω,故以其為最後選擇的最佳參數。

In this experiment, PET fibers were mixed with PP fiber to create non-woven. Then evaluate the physical properties of PET/PP non-woven by tensile strength test, tearing strength test, bursting strength test and electrical surface resistivity test. The results for tests were 249.41N/cm (CD direction), 326.63N/cm (MD direction) for tensile strength; 79.28N(MD direction), 88.20N(CD direction) for tearing strength; 171.50N/cm^2 for bursting strength; 2.7×10^ 8Ω for surface resistance and the results indicated nonwoven of 90:10 was the better parameter. So, chose the data of 90:10 as the better parameter.
