摘要

本文研究採PET廢邊為強化材，利用PP將防火劑氯化石碏包覆於內層，使其形成具有阻燃效果的防火板材。藉著改變成型的溫度、時間、壓力、來探討其最佳的防燃條件。經由實驗的結果得知最佳的防燃效果是在165℃，熱壓10min，成型壓力20kgf/cm2下製得。

This paper takes PET as the reinforced material. Using PP, it coats the Chloridize inside, so that it can grow into a fireproot incombustible texture. With the formed temperature, time, pressure, we try to explore the best anti-burn effect can be reached under the environment of 165℃ temperature, 10-minute hot pressing, and 20kgf/cm pressure.
