企業重組商業模式創新之研究

隨著人工成本、社會責任、原材料價格等成本的上漲，國內眾多企業原先奉行的技術領先、差異化和低成本策略已經難以適應企業發展的要求。面對新的商業環境，僅從策略、行銷、技術創新、組織行為等方面調整改善，越來越難以奏效，重組商業模式已經成為企業永續發展、保持競爭優勢的選擇。因此，本文全面剖析商業模式重組相關文獻，建立重組商業模式四大要素(本文稱為「四維商業模式」)，並以合作賽局理論及案例加以分析驗證，導引相關企業利用「四維商業模式」進行正確的商業模式重組，實現更高的企業價值。經本研究結論顯示，企業將自己定位在最合適的位置後，並在最佳的時間進行重組，能有效地改善企業所面臨的困境。重組業務系統可使企業與其利益相關者間更有效率的溝通以降低成本，並且從而影響企業的收入結構、成本結構以及相應的收支方式，進而影響其盈利模式的改變。而關鍵資源能力是企業商業模式運行背後的邏輯，是其營運能力有別於競爭對手並得以持續發展的背後支撐力量。不同的商業模式要求企業具備不同的關鍵資源能力，同類商業模式其業績的差異主要源於關鍵資源能力水平的不同。關鍵字：商業模式、重組。

Along with the increases in labor cost, social responsibility, and prices for raw materials, it is difficult to adapt to the demands for enterprise development in terms of original pioneering techniques, differentiation and low cost strategy for majority of the enterprises within the nation. Faced with the new business environment, merely adjusting and improving in the aspects of strategy, marketing, innovative technique and organizational behavior have limited effects, such that business model restructuring has become the option for enterprises for sustainable development as well as maintaining competitive advantages. Therefore, this article analyzes the relevant documents regarding business model restructuring on a comprehensive basis, and constructs the four key factors of business model restructuring (referred to as the “Four Dimensional Business Model” in this article). Moreover, analysis as well as verification is applied with the use of the cooperative game theory and cases, guiding relevant enterprises in utilizing the “Four Dimensional Business Model” to conduct the correct business model restructuring, thereby actualizing higher corporate values.
