餐飲類工作創業資材、創新關鍵與風險投資之研究

摘要

本研究探討所調查人口統計變項對創業的互相關係，並探討餐飲類工作創業資材、創新關鍵與風險投資之研究。本研究專題以餐飲類創業者做為研究樣本，並使用問卷調查法，回收有效問卷404份，使用SPSS統計軟體分析，並進行描述性分析、信度分析、效度分析、相關分析、差異分析、迴歸分析法等。經由探討後，得知以下五點結論 :一、工作創業對創新關鍵具有顯著正向關係存在。二、創新關鍵對風險投資具有顯著正向關係存在。三、工作創業變數對風險投資變數之間具有顯著正向關係存在。四、創新關鍵對工作創業與風險投資之間具有中介關係存在。五、不同的人口統計變數在工作創業、創新關鍵與風險投資變數之間具有顯著性差異。

The study explores the relationship between the investigated demographic variables and entrepreneurship, and explores research on entrepreneurial materials, innovation keys and risk management for catering jobs. This research topic takes catering entrepreneurs as the research sample, and used the questionnaire survey method to collect 404 valid questionnaires, used SPSS statistical software to analyze, and conduct descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis, correlation analysis, and difference analysis. regression analysis, etc. After discussion, the following five conclusions were obtained: 1. There was a significant positive relationship between work and entrepreneurship and the key to innovation. 2, the key to innovation had a significant positive relationship with venture capital. 3. There was a significant positive relationship between the variables of work and entrepreneurship and the variables of venture capital. Fourth, the key to innovation had an intermediary relationship between work entrepreneurship and venture capital. 5. Different demographic variables had significant differences between work entrepreneurship, innovation key and venture capital variables.
