微型餐飲類創業調幅基準、創投機能與賽道風險之研究

本研究探討所調查人口統計變項對創業的互相關係，並探討微型餐飲類創業調幅基準、創投機能與賽道風險之研究。本研究專題以微型餐飲創業者做為研究樣本，並使用問卷調查法，回收有效問卷450份，使用SPSS統計軟體分析，並進行百分比分析、信度分析、效度分析、相關分析、變異數分析、迴歸分析法等。經由探討後，得知以下五點結論 : (一)調幅基準對創投機能具有顯著正向關係存在。(二)創投機能對賽道風險具有顯著正向關係存在。(三)調幅基準變數對賽道風險變數之間具有顯著正向關係存在。(四)創投機能對調幅基準與賽道風險之間具有中介關係存在。(五)不同的人口統計變數在調幅基準、創投機能與賽道風險變數之間具有顯著性差異。

This research explores the relationship between the surveyed demographic variables and entrepreneurship, and explores the research on the micro-catering industry's entrepreneurial amplitude adjustment benchmark, venture capital function and track risk. This research topic used micro-catering entrepreneurs as the research sample, and used the questionnaire survey method to collect 450 valid questionnaires, use SPSS statistical software to analyze, and perform percentage analysis, reliability, validity analysis, correlation analysis, and variance analysis method, regression analysis, etc. After discussion, I got the following five conclusions: (1) Amplitude modulation benchmark had a significant positive relationship with venture capital opportunities. (2) Venture capital had a significant positive relationship with track risk. (3) There was a significant positive relationship between the amplitude modulation benchmark variable and the track risk variable. (4) The venture capital function had an intermediary relationship between the amplitude modulation benchmark and the track risk. (5) Different demographic variables had significant differences in amplitude modulation benchmarks, venture capital performance and track risk variables.
