志願役軍人工作價值認知與留營意願之研究

摘要


本研究探討志願役軍人之工作價值認知與其留營意願之關聯性。研究主要以中部地區服役之軍人為對象,他們處於目前部隊環境中,對自身工作價值之認知,在不同性別、年齡、學歷、婚姻、服務年資、及軍職別背景下,其留營的意願上是否存在顯著差異?本研究採用隨機發放問卷方式調查,嘗試了解志願役軍人留營意願之影響因素,共計發出問卷300份、回收有效問卷244份,回收有效率81.3%。最後將研究成果加以分析歸納,並討論能有助於國軍人才招募政策之研訂。本研究實證結果發現: 一、男性志願役軍人工作價值認知程度明顯高於女性。 二、年齡較大之官兵留營意願高於年紀較輕者,已婚者留營意願高於單身者,服務年資較久者留營意願高於年資較短者。 三、志願役軍人之工作價值認知對留職意願有正向影響,工作價值認知程度越高,留營意願越高。

This study explores the relationship between the job value cognition and willingness to stay in camp of volunteer soldiers. The research focuses on soldiers serving in the central region. Are there any significant differences in the current military environment, their cognition of job value and their willingness to stay under the background of different genders, ages, education, marriages, service years, and military positions? In this study, questionnaires were distributed randomly to try to understand the influencing factors of volunteers' willingness to stay. A total of 300 questionnaires were sent out, and 244 valid questionnaires were returned, with an effective recovery rate of 81.3%. Finally, the study results will be analyzed and summarized, and the discussion will be helpful to the formulation of military recruitment policy. The empirical results of this study found that: 1. The job value cognition of male volunteers is significantly higher than females. 2. The willingness to stay in the camp of older soldiers is higher than the younger ones, the willingness to stay in the camp of the married is higher than the single ones, and the willingness to stay in the camp of senior is higher than the junior ones. 3. The job value cognition has a significant positive impact on the willingness to stay of volunteer soldiers. The higher the job value cognition, the higher the willingness to stay in the camp.
