跨國汽車公司生產網絡與東協區域一體化的制度安排之研究

摘要


本文從新葛蘭西主義(Neo-Gramscian)的理論架構出發,探討東協區域一體化的發展,彌補其歐洲中心視野的局限,同時結合近年來興起的全球生產網絡的研究視角,以充分發揮其分析生產關係的長處。其研究結果顯示,東協區域內的制度安排,尤是東協各國在地區層面上開展體行動,與全球生產網絡展開的一種集體賽局(game)。這一層面既表現了東協各國自身利益與政策的鬥爭與妥協,又表現了東協各成員國和東協為一體整體與全球生產網絡的關係,是各國政府政策在地區層面的表現。

Based on the theoretical framework of Neo-Gramscianism, this paper explores the development of regional integration in Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) to compensate for its limitations from a Eurocentric perspective and gives full play to its advantages in production relation analysis by combining with the studies on the rise of global production network in recent years. According to the results, ASEAN’s institutional arrangements, especially regional actions carried out by ASEAN countries, launch a collective game with the global production network, which shows not only the struggle and compromise of ASEAN countries on interests and policies but also the relationship between ASEAN members, as well as the whole ASEAN and the global production network. It is the regional performance of government policies.
