知識經濟時代下,企業的競爭優勢來已不再是資金、資產或是科技,而是來自於其所擁有的創新創意人力的新思維及專屬的知識,而面臨全球激烈競爭環境的國際企業,優異的人才更是其建立不敗競爭優勢的關鍵因素。因此如何選拔優秀的人才,已是企業生存與發展的決定性因素。在激烈的全球競爭中,全球化和快速的科技發展已經改變了企業的生存條件,企業內的人力資源品質是維持企業競爭優勢的關鍵因素,更重要的是如何導正自我的觀念及腳步找出那關鍵的機會。企業的發展如果沒有優質的培訓基礎,將會失去競爭力。如何向下扎根才是真正的要件,多去了解產業的需求把教育轉化成不同的人才培訓模式,藉由強化知識、技能、態度與能力,提升國家整體競爭力。 本研究藉由文獻回顧建立各構面之因素與問項,並利用問卷調查蒐集資料,研究對象為某訓練機構受訓的學員,發放有效問卷共計159份;本研究結果全民共通核心職能課程對職場就業力有正向顯著的影響,學習動機對於訓練課程對職場就業力是有干擾效果的。
In the era of knowledge-based economy, the competitive advantage of business is no longer the funds, assets or technology, but its own innovation and creative thinking and professional knowledge. To face the global competitive environment, the human resource becomes the key factor of the competitive advantage. The quality of human resources within the enterprise is a key factor to maintain a competitive advantage and, more importantly, how to guide a positive self-concept and footsteps to find a key opportunity is a decisive factor for business survival and development. The development of enterprises, if there is no high-quality training base, will lose their competitiveness. How rooted is the real elements of down, more to the understanding of the needs of industry education into personnel training mode, by enhancing the knowledge, skills, attitudes and abilities to enhance the competitiveness of the country as a whole. Through the literature review to establish the factors of various dimensions and items, and collect data using questionnaires, trainees study for training institutions. The total of valid questionnaires is 159. The result of this study is that the universal common core functions training positive effect employment force significantly. The motivation is a moderator between universal common core functions training and employment force.
